the shower........it was one of these multi jets which generally I love however this shower was almost uncontrollable resulting in minor floods........ the apartments also didn't have a kettle and so therefore not able to have a hot drink if you were not using the coffee machine the air conditioning was horrendous and i was continuously wakened throughout the night as it seemed to have a life of it's own worst of all was no full length mirror anywhere in bathroom or bedroom

The apartments were practical being with small children

being with grandchildren it was not practical having to go to the head building for cheking in and out and parking.

The apartments are well-planned and very comfortable. Ideal place for comfort sleeping. Food store and metro station only in 5 minutes walk. Capsules for coffee machine are available in MediaMarkt nearby:)

Recently built hotel with modern design. Staff were excellent. Especially touching looked tiny woman – a minibus driver. When she met us at the airport, she tried to pick up our bags and load in the car. We, of course, did not give her to fulfill their duties.

Rooms in your hotel have kitchens and equipped with a set of dishes. When guests make room booking, obviously, they want to take some advantage of the kitchen. Nevertheless, judging by equipment in the room, guests are not respected here. Set in the kitchen ridiculous. Some huge square pan with ribbed base, obviously, a grill pan. It doesn’t even fit the stove. However, that is only pan in the room. Only one huge and blunt knife. Two teaspoons from different sets, as well as two different- sized wine glass (but there was no corkscrew). Although the biggest surprise was caused by the lack of a kettle. I am not too lazy so I even went to the reception to ask about a kettle. They told me that a kettle in the room isn’t provided. This is the level of service of some 2-star hotel somewhere in the island of Cebu in the Philippines, but not 5-star in Barcelona.

Spacious and quiet apartment. Very good restaurant/bar next door (all part of NH hotels).

The hotel is not far from the Metro so it is easy to get about.

Very comfotartable and clean apts. The adjoining hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to Metro line so very easy to get into town. Shuttle bus also available from hotel

We had a great stay at the hotel. Apartments on 2nd floor had nice interior.Two single bed instead of 1 king. Bathroom had 5 star toilleteries and with mini kithchen and 2 tv sets, this hotel is value for money. Supermarket just mins away.

Rooms on third floor not good as on 2nd floor.

We had an appartmet and hence some space.

Use of gym was 11 Euros per day and the wifi was rubbish.

We like the spacious room. There are two bedrooms, one living room and two toilets. It is very suitable for a family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also convenient. It only needs a-few-minite walk to access the metro station. We would consider this hotel again if we arranged another trip in Barcelona.

It was very clean, it was fairly spacious, stylish modern decor, a tv in both the bedroom and the lounge, there was cooking facilities, very nice large mirror in the bathroom, it was close to a metro stop, close to a supermarket, the buffet breakfast was fantastic in the hesperia tower next door. But in sayin this I do not think it deserves a 5 star review... Mabe a 3 and a half or a 4.

Although our booking confirmed a smoking room, we were told upon arrival that it was non-smoking... And it took several minutes to rectify this, there was no bath mat in the shower, and due to this I suffered a nasty fall, which really did put a dampener on our weekend as it is very hard to run around Barcelona sightseeing with two badly bruised legs...the rooms were not soundproof, although advertised, the satelite cable?.. All in spanish, there was no complimentary shampoo, just shower gel (not very fitting for a suposed 5 star), the hairdryer was useless, the aircon was too weak, as was the fridge, the coffee in the room was not complimentary... It cost 7 euro for 4 expressos, the reception on the weekend and at night was in the hesperia tower nextdoor, there were not much ammenities in the immediate vacinity.

excellent hotel .we stayed in the hesperia suites right beside the hotel. the tram line is a two minute walk away. apartment was lovely, lots of wardrobe space, very clean, hydro massage shower,staff were very helpful.the area was quiet, apartment cleaned daily to a high standard. there is a supermarket five minutes around the corner which was very convenient. we stayed in a one bed apartment the size was spacious enough for two people.

prices in restaurant was expensive. some plugs in the room did not work.

It is large unit with full size kitchen, living room and a separate bedroom. The suite is very sound proof. The mattress are new and firm. The location is not far from city centre. Parking on the street is available

Underground parking is too expensive.

excellent staff, clean room (one bed room apartment), comfortable bedding and across the street from the Metro Station (Hospital Bellvitage/ L1 line).

Air conditioning control in my room did not work despite attempt to fix it. However, after complaining the reception moved me to another room, promptly.

In due giorni non hanno sostituito le asciugamani inoltre all'interno della receptionist non c'era mai nessuno e per qualsiasi info la persona doveva uscire ed andare all'hesperia tower. Prezzo alto per quello che offre

Amplasare foarte apropiata de mijloace de transport , apartament foarte bine utilat , curatenie.

La ubicación. La amplitud del estudio y la comodidad de la cama.

Que no hubiera nadie en recepción. La grifería está bastante vieja.

Equipement et propreté. Service à la réception de l'hôtel voisin. Centre fitness et piscine géante à essayer.

Distance par rapport à la ville (mais métro à côté). Clef électronique déréglée 4 fois en 2 jours.

propre, chambre équipée de petite kitchenette plus cafetière nespresso. Douche spacieuse. On a bcp apprécié le petit déjeuner (buffet).

Il n'y a pas de room service pour Hesperia FIra Suites. Impossible de commander quoi que ce soit dans la chambre. Vous êtes obliger d'aller a Hesperia Towel (qui est est 30 m)
