The SPA, even though a feel of "old" resort Excellent breakfast Room is definitively "old"; Bathroom to be refurbished Almost no staff is speaking basic english The need to repaid one hour of SPA on the third morning

Las instalaciones, la cocina, el spa y por encima de todo la tranquilidad que rezuma. Que en prensa solo tenían "La Razón". Creo que hay que complacer a toda clase de clientela.

Las habitaciones muy buenas, el desayuno es excelente, de lo mejor que he visto. La zona de SPA es buena aunque necesita un poco de mantenimiento (el suelo estaba un poco deteriorado y había zonas que no funcionaban)

Todo en general. Hotel muy correcto, a la altura de la cadena a la que pertenece. Muy bien situado y con unos servicios a la altura. Como cosa negativa, poco acorde con un hotel de su categoria y pertenencia a una cadena nacional/ internacional, la escasez de periodicos disponibles. De informacion nacional solo disponen de La Razon!

Hotel bien situado,habitaciones muy comodas y buen desayuno. No me gusto tener que pagar 19 euros por persona y día para poder entrar al spa, tambíen me molesto bastante el que me negaran la entrada al gimnasio por no llevar zapatillas deportivas y ropa de deporte cuando había una persona con bañador y chanclas.

Tranquilidad,relax,entorno y excelente desayuno. Falta de cafetería interior y zona verde o jardín donde descansar,leer,etc. La piscina exterior solo funciona a partir del mes de junio.

la habitación, con cama amplia y buenas vistas. La tranquilidad Calefacción insuficiente en todo el hotel, excepto en la habitación. El Club Termal necesita mejor mantenimiento en suelo, bordes de piscinas y surtidores de agua que no funcionan. También se agradeceria en este espacio una temperatura más alta. Deberían tener precios especiales en los tratamientos del Balneario para los clientes del Hotel.

Hotel confortable con una cama grandísima en la opción habitación doble. Desayuno buffet muy completo y personal muy amable. La zona de spa interior no me pareció muy grande pero aún así la estancia estuvo genial.

Lo primero la ubicación, es una zona muy tranquila en esta época del año (enero). El personal muy amable, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. Nos ha encantado buffet del desayuno, estaba todo delicioso y muy bien presentado. El spa estaba bien, como había muy poquita gente estábamos muy a gusto. Nuestra habitación (en la 3ª planta) olía a tabaco

A pesear de los comentarios que existen en internet sobre la Hesperia, tengo algo que decir; 1º La calefacción esta arreglada. 2º El spa esta cuidado y es amplio . 3º El personal de primera. En fin un acierto el haber elegido la Hesperia

La ubicación es muy buena pues permite disfrutar de la naturaleza de la isla y dar paseos hasta Ó'Grove. Es muy tranquilo y permite descansar pero se pueden hacer excursiones. La zona termal está muy bien pero algunos chorros no funcionaban, estiendo que es inevitable que se estropeen por el uso y supongo que necesitan un tiempo para arreglarlos.

Buffet del desayuno abundante, variado y calidad. Muy bien la habitación y el baño, todo muy limpio, moderno y en buen estado. Por ser huésped del hotel podrían hacer descuento en los tratamientos del spa.
