Price in any case did not comply with service, convenience and comfort. I do not understand how this hotel can be a 4-starred one. It is a typical 3-starred hotel that you can get for half price. Noisy room service in the corridor in the morning, cold in the restaurant, beds with wheels like from a hospital, ...

Perfect location near by Guggenheim museum and Funicular "rail-way" We didn't know that minibar was included the price... It's really hard to get any food from Bilbao between 3.30 and 8.30 PM... but that's not hotel's fault of course...

Location is very good. Rooms are spacious, clean and with modern design. Price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel. All windows are coated with coloured layer. Some rooms can appear a little dark due to this.

This hotel is almost perfect for a short visit of Bilbao. Staff is helpful and sympathetic. Breakfast is gorgeous. Little minus point was the noise of beds. They seemed to be a little bit tired and noisy for almost every mouvement. Wifi is good but disconnects easily.

It was clean, modern,quıet,close to centre, and had Internet. All the thıngs I look for when I want to stay ın a hotel. Good value for the prıce! Not sure ıf I confused thıs wıth other sıtes - when I was lookıng for a hotel oneof my crıterıon was that the hotel should be close to an aırport or have shuttle servıce,. Hesperıa wasn,t as close as I thought, not s ure ıf thıs ınfo was on your sıte. Or. I may have read the ınfo ıncorrectly. I stıll enjoyed my stay.

Lovely breakfast. Helpfull staff. Conveniently placed for city shopping and and visiting by train,bus and metro to interesting sea resorts. cupboard handles are difficult to open for arthritic fingers

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for walking to Old City and Guggenheim. Beautiful area. Brrr...the room was too cold and adjusting thermostat made no difference. Luckily there was a plush robe and two extra blankets.

Location. Also we would park for free in street outside at weekend. Huge bed, nice sheets. Coloured glass makes room feel dingy and obscures view. Glass door fittings in bathroom and wardrobe had dropped on hinges and scraped across tiles.

Excellent location on the river bank, with views across to the Guggenheim. Our rooms were clean and well designed and staff were friendly, knowledgable, helpful and flexible, arranging a late check-out for two of our party at short notice and at no extra cost. The bar seemed to have a buzz about it, though we didn't stay for the jazz sessions. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing to object to, really. My two small quibbles were: no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and no iron available to borrow from Housekeeping. They have an ironing service but no free standing irons for residents to borrow, which was a shame.

Nice room, good bed, windows that open. The shower door arrangement was terrible...hard to get in and out, hard to set the water temp and dangerous...easy to slip and fall on sharp faucets and grab rail.

We liked almost everything about the hotel, very friendly staff, non- intrusive and welcoming. Unfortunately the one thing that really wasn't up to scratch was the cleaniness of the room we stayed in. I am only writing this as we really did enjoy our stay here, this is only so help the hotel can improve on what they already have. On the surface it looked great and most was. The bathroom was very clean, bedsheets lovely but the underlying dust! Under the bed was a huge layer of dust. It hadn't been vacuumed for a long while. Also the air-conditioning vents were so dusty we couldn't turn them on at night and the high 'not visible to to the eye' ledges were very dusty. We had really bad allergies to the dust and made it very difficult to sleep of rest during the day. Unfortunately it wasn't until our 4th night we realised what we were allergic to. Hope this helps the hotel as we really did enjoy our stay.

The staff and easy access to the tourist attractions I found the hotel parping expensive for time I had to leave my car...no staff member pointed out that I could leave the car on the street free at certain times of the day/night
