When you are paying more than 250€ for two nights, some things are unacceptable. First, there really is no wi-fi... Access is intermittent to say the least, we couldn't connect two devices at the same time, and in the few moments we got access it was way too slow. It was a bit better near the reception, but in the bedrooms it was useless... It's also unacceptable to have mold in the shower walls, obsolete soap dispensers in the shower cabin that were not removed, a ripped wallpaper, etc... 3.50€ for a bottle of plain water in the minibar is a robbery, the same as the breakfast rates. Parking in typically old Spain (more recent buildings are improved with easier access and larger parking slots) and also expensive.
The location, period. We've chosen the hotel because it was a small walk away from the Guggenheim and the old city, and indeed with was a good option since we were traveling with a 4 year old child.
