The web page is somehow misleading, since it suggests that the hotel is in front of Guggenheim Museum. Although the hotel is actually very close to the museum, it cannot be seen from the hotel. |

Easy to find, beautiful location close to Guggenheim and Old Town. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the restaurant is excellent. |

It was in an excellent location and it was interesting to stay in a modern hotel after a touring holiday in historic buildings. There was a very large party staying at the same time and the hotel could not cope - the restaurant was closed, the bar was overwhelmed and there was not enough room for breakfast (we went out). |

the location and the hotel's design The reception is understaffed so waiting time is unreasonably long. Amenities in the room are limited (e.g. one small packet of tissues, one small bottle of shampoo and soap, no bath robe or slippers). Poor choice of food at the bar. |

the room layout, towels, bed, location, cleanliness, staff Internet didn't work except for a small 1 x 1 space in the foyer. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, a futon would be better. |

It was across the canal from the Guggenheim. The hotel was in a good location, and was a modern, cool design. Our complaint was that their was no ventilation, and it was unbearably hot. We asked at the desk, and we were told the air was turned off for the season. This was Oct., outside temp was ~75degrees. Inside the room, the temp was well over 90 degrees. We spent ~$200 for a night of no sleep, sweat, street noise. |

The best quality price ratio I ever saw :-). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else. It's like staying in a high class hotel with a very reasonable price. |

The hotel is situated in walking distance of all mayor site seeings in Bilbao like the Guggenheim and the old centre. We travelled with our own car and the gps system found the hotel flawlessly but....while arriving at the spot that the gps said "you have arrived" we didn't see "Hesperia" anywhere! After passing the spot three times we just parked the car and went looking. It turned out that "Hesperia" was written on the window in tiny letters you impossibly can see when sitting in your car. |
