Location was ideal, huge swimming pool and freindly staff Parking was away from the hotel so you needed to use the valet everytime you wanted to use the car

The hotel is convenient for the sea front and the town. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the room (a small suite) was very roomy and comfortable. Next door is an amazing sports and swimming club which residents have access to. This had a choice of swimming pools, tennis courts, sauna,steam room and plenty of space for sunbathing. The water was a little cold but we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. In the bar we had excellent cocktails and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was superb. We asked for a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room, although we could not smell smoke although the decor looked a little tired. In the morning I did not want breakfast but found it impossible to get a coffee without having to sit in the restaurant - the lounge area where I wanted to sit and read the paper seemed off-limits, so I went without coffee. Minor quibbles for an excellent hotel.

Staffs are very firendly. Welcome chanpangne was good. Also the location was ideal because it was in front of the sea and near from the may restaurants. It would be better if the staffs could speak English language more. It was difficult to ask the details of sightseeing.

Great hotel! Fantastic amenties, delicious food and friendly helpful staff. It also has a great location next to the port but within walking to the town (shops/restaurants/main square) and I believe you can also walk to the beach. I was on a business trip but actually felt like I was on holiday! I would definitly stay here again - great value for money!

The room are beautiful & clean, the breakfast is excellent & fresh and the location of the hotel is perfect (in the old city). For a 5 stars, service is not there: no international press, no shop, no fresh fruit in the room... Some lamp in the corridor were broken and the carpet need some fresh. Same thing for the wall in the stairs. Moreover the swimming pool and fitness center are accessible to public. It's a really good hotel and the price are good but definitely not a 5*.

Fantastic all round experience!! Very professional and attentive staff. Great location, a few minutes away from the Maria Pita square and the tapas and shopping area. I'd definitely go back in my next visit.

Bien situado, piscina y spa aire libre, acceso libre a Metropolitan en recinto del hotel Engaño respecto al parking del hotel. Por 15 € al día, te aparcan el coche en la calle, al aire libre, y con acceso a cualquier persona. No esta vigilado por mucho que digan. Opción, parking cubierto y vigilado cercano a 5min. 20.75 el día. (Parking la maestranza). Realizan bodas en los salones con música amplificada. Nosotros en la cuarta planta no dormimos esa noche hasta las 5:30 de la mañana, se limitan con mucha educación a decir que lo sienten pero que es un "evento del hotel". Suerte y que no te toque una boda, sino ten por seguro que no dormirás.

Su situación. El hotel tiene algunas carencias para merecer 5 estrellas, entiendo que con 4 sería suficiente. El desayuno muy bien y muy variado. Nos ofrecieron aparcar el coche en el parking del hotel, está situado al aire libre y su precio es de 15€, a todas luces excesivo. El mantenimiento debería preocuparse de subsanar cualquier defecto que se produzca y no es así. El baño cubierto de madera, estaba desprendido.

Muy buena ubicación, Instalaciones correctas. Desayuno bueno y bien presentado, están continuamente reponiendo. Habitaciones correctas. Me resulto muy buena relación precio/calidad. Personal muy atento El Lobby, en comparación con el resto del hotel, resulta un poco desangelado

Hotel tranquilo, en un recodo muy agradable de la ciudad, pero céntrico al mismo tiempo. Facilidades para hacer deporte y relajarse, creo que es un buen sitio para descansar un fin de semana. Servicio muy atento y buen desayuno en un escenario con muy buenas vistas.

El personal excelente. Muy céntrico. Tranquilidad absoluta, sin ruidos. Está todo bastante viejo, al menos la habitación que nos tocó. Además no era muy amplia que digamos. Creo que no corresponde a un 5 estrellas.

La verdad la experiencia ha sido nefasta. la habitación estaba en unas condiciones bochornosas, con muebles viejos, desgastados y quemados por pitillos. lo único decente el desayuno nos ofrecieron el traslado del coche al parking sin avisarnos que suponía un coste añadido y además el coche estuvo toda la noche a la intemperie. la habitación era más propia de un 3 estrellas que de un cinco. todo viejo y desgastado. una completa decepción

Es inadmisible que en un hotel de 5 estrellas te desactiven la llave de la habitación a partir de las 12, sabiendo perfectamente que todavía no has hecho el check out y que les habías solicitado salir más tarde... Suficiente razón para no volver!
