Good location.

Great location - right near the old town and wonderful staff. All in all - good value for money. Rooms are very comfortable and there is a sport complex (incl. tennis courts) right on the -1 floor

The hotel staff are all friendly and efficient, the food is good. The hotel lacks soul, but is ideally positioned.

The only problem we had was connecting iPads to the internet.

1. Room is small for a 5 star hotel. 2. Expensive car park is a long way away. 3. Pool facilities shared many non guests. 4. Awful caterering in the pool area 5. One of the male receptionists needs instruction on how to welcome clients. He appeared to be a very unhappy man without the ability to smile.

very comfortable beds; clean, smart and spacious rooms the sports centre at the bottom of the hotel provided excellent facilities and the cafe there offered good food at very good prices so it is possible to eat on site. the location is excellent - two minutes to the old town, and a ten-15 minutes walk to the fantastic beach, through the town which is mostly pedestrianised.

there wasn't anything I didn't like

The hotel was well appointed, quite comfortable and very clean. The main reason for staying there was the location close to the old town of La Coruna

On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded from 2 double rooms to 2 suites. The only drawback with this was we had not been consulted and it turned out that the rooms only had double-beds. This was a problem for my 22 year old son not wishing to share a bed with his Father. Also, the Air Conditioning in the bedroom wasn't fully working.

the swimming pool is not a private and very busy on sundays doesnt feel like 5 star in this area

There are many other hotels in La Corune that are better value for money. The Hesperia is considerably overpriced.

Great work out room. Excellent lo action for exploring the old city and Maria Pita Plaza. Delicious room service.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast and facilities, loved the Jacuzzi bath!

Breakfast was expensive as was the room price (though I travelled alone so effectively paid double) and the sea view not very nice.

Staffs are very firendly. Welcome chanpangne was good. Also the location was ideal because it was in front of the sea and near from the may restaurants.

It would be better if the staffs could speak English language more. It was difficult to ask the details of sightseeing.

Location was ideal, huge swimming pool and freindly staff

Parking was away from the hotel so you needed to use the valet everytime you wanted to use the car

El complejo deportivo al que tiene acceso directo, sobre todo las piscinas. La habitación (junior suite), amplia, muy cómoda y silenciosa. La cuna del bebé tenía un buen colchón: durmió fenomenal.

Precio del minibar excesivamente caro. El acceso con el coche fue muy incómodo (había unas vallas de obra que dificultaban la maniobra)

En general todo, la habitación muy cómoda aunque la bañera demasiado alta.

Personal amable. Nos atendieron perfectamente y nos ofrecieron una habitacion superior a la reservada. Los servicios del hotel fueron perfectos.

-Las vistas,sobre el puerto, que estaba en obras.- -Personal algo frío en el trato, aunque sin quejas.

El personal,excelente, nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades. Habitación, aunque un poco pequeña, muy bien equipada, no faltaba de nada, cama muy cómoda. Muy buen hotel.

El parking queda apartado, aunque el personal se hace cargo del coche
