I have stayed here before and I love the central but quiet position of this hotel. The renovation of the hotel building itself has been beatifully done. Sadly this visit was met by an extremely surly check-in guy on the desk.We were given a room which reeked of smoke and I had to complain. We were then given a type of room which I had quietly requested initially but had been told none was available !! Perhaps he was having a bad day but as a return visitor this did slightly marr this visit. |

Although expensive, the underground car park under the Hotel was extremely convenient and a necessity. Restaurants, bars and shops in easy reach. We missed not having the morning tea/coffee facility in the room. |

Excellent standard. Rooms exremely high quality and at a very competitive price. Small rooftop pool is also a useful feature. The hotel is in the old part of the city and has been restored with care to ensure it fits in with surrounding architecture. Extremely difficult to locate and would suggest asking the hotel to send clear directions before visit. Initial impressions were that the two ladies on reception were a little "frosty" when we arrived |

Great room, extremely beautiful hotel, great location in the city centre. staff a bit slow, but friendly. hard to find when arriving by car. too few tables in the breakfast room, but otherwise very good breakfast buffet. wifi didn't work in the room. |

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such a long drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tucked away, but well worth it. There are lots of bars and cafe's nearby and the bus-stop for the famous 'Alambra' is a short walk away. |

The town The worst part was that we were sticked into a room cellar (-1 floor) and if we opened the window, we had "to share" our room with all pedestrians walking down the street, next thing is rather complicated access to hotel with a car, |

Location was central. Staff were helpful and overall quality of the hotel was very good. The interior of the building was interesting and quite beautiful. Second room had some external rennovation work going on connected to balcony. |

The hotel was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is brilliantly located to explore Granada, is in excellent condition and very clean and up-to-date, and as it didn't have an evening restaurant (it does do breakfast) there is no pressure to eat in the hotel. The car park is secure and has different sized spaces for the size of car. |
