clearn rooms and good location. It is very close to the end of gran via which makes it very central to very many touristic locations such as the alhambara, albycin and the cathedral. my room had a very bad view from the window (a broken open area between buildings) but as I was out seeing the city, it was not a big concern for me.

Location, parking on site Access to hotel by car difficult, Advertised Superior Room with city views did not exist. No views from this hotel except onto the next building or onto the street. On arrival we were given a room that was notat all ´´superior´´. Our objections to it resulted in us being moved to a more satisfactory room.

The location was excellent and the room was first class. The lack of a restaurant in the hotel and the lateness of the breakfast hours was a minor irritation. Lack of restaurant.

Nice located in center of Granada, friendly staff The picture on the webside of the hotel shows a rooftop pool with nice views over Alhambra and Sierra Nevasa. This was for me the reason to book this hotel. It turns out that there is indeed a rooftop terrace with pool, but this is private and NOT for the hotel guests. I told the staf that they realy need to take of the picture with pool and nice views from their website, but they could not do anything about it. I found this realy misleadig! The hotel itself is OK althoug the 18 Euro for the parking is high and 14 Euro for breakfast is a bit overpriced. There are better hotels in Granda for similair prices.

Great location Beautiful, but rather shabby when you look closely: frayed towels, yellow bath curtain, centuries-old tv, window giving out into a back yard, noisy doors. Definitely not a 4-star. Expensive parking and breakfast, bad wi-fi connection

It is in an excellent location which is it's outstanding feature. Several nice bars and the shopping area of Granada are literally within a couple of minutes of the hotel entrance. The hotel is decent enough; it would be an excellent 3-Star hotel, and is okay as a 4-Star. Great reception area replicating a morish patio. Decent sized rooms with everything working. A very safe space albiet lacking in any wow factor. There is no hotel bar as many reports have highlighted and this is perhaps the reason for the lack of atmosphere about the place. Perhaps this would add a little fizz? It is a comfortable but unspectacular hotel and all the basics (room, water etc.) are all of a very good standard. You will feel safe and well-attended in the hotel. The main gripes concern the (very) poor quality of the WI-FI. I wasn't alone in struggling with this as several other guests in reception were having similar problems. Not good enough for what is now an NH Hotel in the 21st Century. The other gripe is a minor one but is the directions the hotel provides to guests when arriving by car: Even with satellite navigation we found this a real struggle.

Nice central location near to food, cathedral, corral de Carbon. Nice old building and deco. Exactly as depicted in the pictures on booking.com - no surprises there. Skip the horrible breakfast and go for Churrios near the cathedral about 100mtrs away Horrid breakfast and too warm public areas

The location and the building. There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom. The room did not have a view. The window faced a wall so there was little day light. It was only just big enough to fit an extra bed. There were 3 adults in our party.

Location close to the city center, large bathroom with double sinks, very clean, and minibar. I was also able to get a good price. It is very easy to hear the noise from guests in the adjoining rooms. WiFi only works in the lobby, and the hotel computer is not only expensive but slow.

Location - in the ultimate center of Granada. The sound proofing of the rooms is not adequate. The doubble beds are too narrow and the rooms are generally small. Only at check out were we informed that the minibar was free and that we had late check out included in our room-rate.

Excellent location close to great tapa bars on Calle Navas (like Los Diamantes) and easy walking distance to the Alhambra and beautiful Generalife gardens!! Very comfortable and spacious room. Luxurious bathroom. Initial reception was not up to the standard of an nh hotel. Getting to the hotel on Granada's many one-way streets and "road works" for the upcoming metro system, was a challenge. The very narrow underground parking was an additional strain, especially as when we were leaving and got caught half-way out because a taxi was blocking our exit. The hotel's iron gate closed on our car and caused damage to the rear door. The hotel manager refused to take any responsibility for the damage. He did, however, write a statement of what happened. Luckily, we were not charged for the damage by our rental company. A disappointing ending to a great stay.

Very convenient central location, 3 min. from the cathedral & many bars, cafes & restaurants. Parking under the hotel. Good size room, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast & parking charges are way too high, € 15 & € 18 respectively, plus IVA.

Friendly helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Liked the courtyard- style design of the hotel with balconies around a central atrium. Nice furnishings in the corridor areas. We didn't opt for the breakfast because this was an extra 15 Euros per person per night with we though a bit steep. There was a cafe around the corner that did a huge breakfast for half the price. There was no coffee machine in the room which we would have expected in a four star hotel.

Great location, as the hotel is in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of shopping and sights. The best street for tapas (Navas street) is only 1 or 2 minutes away by walk, as is the central shopping area. The hotel is a nicely modernized old building (actually two buildings combined). Arriving by car is difficult as the only way to the hotel is down a very narrow street which is easy to miss (although there is a sign telling you where to turn). They have on site parking available and you should take that option as street parking would be very far away.

The hotel was centrally located although very difficult to find for the first time traveller, we arrived by car and the parking was good, unfortunatly the parking could not be comfirmed until arrival. Close to all shops and bars as we witnessed every evening/morning, we were glad to get home to a quiet nights sleep. Very noisy in the late evening and early morning hours. Because the Hotel is so centrally located it is surrounded by bars and people talking laughing and sometimes singing, which is not nice when you want to get some rest.We were located on the first floor and although we requested a quiet room were given a room overlooking a side street and two bars, maybe not so much a problem but the double glazing was very poor and we were above a side door into the street which seemed to bang closed on a regular basis, overall had my wifes purse not been stolen in the city centre and less noisy we may have enjoyed our trip.

The position was perfect and most of reception staff very helpful. We made a mistake staying in an interior room, total lack of daylight and ability to know what weather was. This was our mistake, but I would receommend others to request exterior room with access to air!
