The location was excellent - bang in the centre of old Granada and surrounded by tapas bars...Access by car is quite hairy - the street is very narrow! The first room we were shown was too small and pokey (room 119). We asked for an upgrade and got a (slightly) reduced price on one of the two suites on the top floor - accessible by spiral staircase. The suite was great - light and airy with a big bathroom and good views and well worth the extra. We were able to park in the underground car park...at a cost. We did not eat there as the breakfast was quite pricey. Plenty of nearby bars etc to go to for a cheaper breakfast. Couldn't access the free wi-fi for some reason...probably my own ineptitude...

The location is excellent although finding the hotel via the maze of small streets in Granada is an experience. My sat Nav and parking sensors were going bonkers by the time we actually found the hotel. Close to main shopping areas and surrounded by really excellent tapas bars. Staff were really helpful. Car was safe in undergound hotel car park but 20 euroes per night. My wife complained that there was no full length mirror in the room!!!!

Clean, perfect location. Helpful staff. You can even find free parking in the city but you need to invest 30-45 minutes. Somewhat noisy - our room was towards the back alley of a restaurant. We're not fussy and it really was not a problem for us.

Lovely large room. Massage bath. Clean. However - Impossible to get to with a car due to road works. We drove in circles for almost 3 hours and finally were escorted by the local police. It would have been impossible to find without their help.

Traditional Andalusian architecture & furniture, the hotels theme is in keeping with the historic city of Granada. Excellent location in a very central part of town, within walking distance to main points of interest, lots of very good tapas bars around to keep thirst quenced and taste buds happy. It was a bit noisy after hours from late night revellers in the street, in all fairness that's city life anywhere in the world at a weekend.

Nice located in center of Granada, friendly staff The picture on the webside of the hotel shows a rooftop pool with nice views over Alhambra and Sierra Nevasa. This was for me the reason to book this hotel. It turns out that there is indeed a rooftop terrace with pool, but this is private and NOT for the hotel guests. I told the staf that they realy need to take of the picture with pool and nice views from their website, but they could not do anything about it. I found this realy misleadig! The hotel itself is OK althoug the 18 Euro for the parking is high and 14 Euro for breakfast is a bit overpriced. There are better hotels in Granda for similair prices.

It is in an excellent location which is it's outstanding feature. Several nice bars and the shopping area of Granada are literally within a couple of minutes of the hotel entrance. The hotel is decent enough; it would be an excellent 3-Star hotel, and is okay as a 4-Star. Great reception area replicating a morish patio. Decent sized rooms with everything working. A very safe space albiet lacking in any wow factor. There is no hotel bar as many reports have highlighted and this is perhaps the reason for the lack of atmosphere about the place. Perhaps this would add a little fizz? It is a comfortable but unspectacular hotel and all the basics (room, water etc.) are all of a very good standard. You will feel safe and well-attended in the hotel. The main gripes concern the (very) poor quality of the WI-FI. I wasn't alone in struggling with this as several other guests in reception were having similar problems. Not good enough for what is now an NH Hotel in the 21st Century. The other gripe is a minor one but is the directions the hotel provides to guests when arriving by car: Even with satellite navigation we found this a real struggle.

The location and the building. There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom. The room did not have a view. The window faced a wall so there was little day light. It was only just big enough to fit an extra bed. There were 3 adults in our party.

Location - in the ultimate center of Granada. The sound proofing of the rooms is not adequate. The doubble beds are too narrow and the rooms are generally small. Only at check out were we informed that the minibar was free and that we had late check out included in our room-rate.

Very convenient central location, 3 min. from the cathedral & many bars, cafes & restaurants. Parking under the hotel. Good size room, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast & parking charges are way too high, € 15 & € 18 respectively, plus IVA.

Friendly helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Liked the courtyard- style design of the hotel with balconies around a central atrium. Nice furnishings in the corridor areas. We didn't opt for the breakfast because this was an extra 15 Euros per person per night with we though a bit steep. There was a cafe around the corner that did a huge breakfast for half the price. There was no coffee machine in the room which we would have expected in a four star hotel.

Great location, as the hotel is in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of shopping and sights. The best street for tapas (Navas street) is only 1 or 2 minutes away by walk, as is the central shopping area. The hotel is a nicely modernized old building (actually two buildings combined). Arriving by car is difficult as the only way to the hotel is down a very narrow street which is easy to miss (although there is a sign telling you where to turn). They have on site parking available and you should take that option as street parking would be very far away.

The hotel was centrally located although very difficult to find for the first time traveller, we arrived by car and the parking was good, unfortunatly the parking could not be comfirmed until arrival. Close to all shops and bars as we witnessed every evening/morning, we were glad to get home to a quiet nights sleep. Very noisy in the late evening and early morning hours. Because the Hotel is so centrally located it is surrounded by bars and people talking laughing and sometimes singing, which is not nice when you want to get some rest.We were located on the first floor and although we requested a quiet room were given a room overlooking a side street and two bars, maybe not so much a problem but the double glazing was very poor and we were above a side door into the street which seemed to bang closed on a regular basis, overall had my wifes purse not been stolen in the city centre and less noisy we may have enjoyed our trip.

The position was perfect and most of reception staff very helpful. We made a mistake staying in an interior room, total lack of daylight and ability to know what weather was. This was our mistake, but I would receommend others to request exterior room with access to air!

The position is very central and convenient for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and city life. The breakfast was excellent. The central position has a payback, especially on a festival weekend - the partying in the streets went on to the early hours and the road sweepers start at 3.30am. Our Sat-Nav took us straight there but through a Taxi / Bus only route. I expect the fine is in the post. The final access is down very narrow streets and the expensive hotel car park is even tighter for space. But we knew all that from a previous visit and still stayed again.

It was very quiet and peaceful. The location was tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet moments away on foot when you wanted it! The bar right next to the hotel was charming, excellent value drinks and free tapas of great quality. Also the minibar in the room wasn't a rip off for once! The bedroom part of our room seemed quite cramped when we walked in, but actually it ws all we needed. It's not the sort of hotel you spend time in other than to sleep and wash / change. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. There was no room service. There was a menu in the room but this was for a local pizza delivery that comes to the hotel! I couldn't comment on the hotel breakfast as we opted out and went to find our own cafe each morning.
