Central location. Atmospheric. Decent sized room with a proper double bed. Brilliant deal way below normal price, but this is the luck of the drawer to some extent.

The hotel was clean,quiet & in a good location.

I generally found the staff disintereted & even unfriendly at times. there was only one male staff member who was helpful, & when my husband had to go to hospital he was terrific. I never even found out his name. We stayed 10 days & were on our honeymoon, & i asked for a room with a balcony, but no one was interested.The lady who cleaned our room was the only person who regularly smiled at us.

Excellent room, beautiful hotel, great location, helpfull staff

Very noisy early in the morning, the square outside the main entrance was a parking space for downloading lorries. Very unfortunate, it spoiled the whole experience a bit.

Staff is very service oriented, very helpul and corteous all the time. In city location a plus. Close to all sights. Within walking distance.

I cannot find anything negative to say.

Good location, within walking distance of bus stops, shopping and with some restaurants nearby. Would be hard to find without a taxi.

The room was clean but a bit dark and pretty basic. They could do more with the 'courtyard', the view from the room was a wall with graffitti. The staff were not helpful as most of them only spoke Spanish so we couldn't get answers for basic questions such as where is the nearest bus stop or what art museums there were in Granada.

No effective bar (even tho' plenty nearby), the approach by self-drive car - hard to find and pretty terrifying.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel room was noisy, although the location was very central so some noise is to be expected.

The breakfast was wonderful and the parking easy. Staff were grand.
