Fantastic location for sights and tapas bars. Good sized rooms. Nice hotel design. The staff were polite during the check in process only and any query or request after that was met with sullen responses (and in one case an overtly rude response). The wifi is only in the reception area and was often offline during our two night stay.

Reception staff were very helpful, especially the man who checked us in on Wednesday. Rooms are very luxurious with a great shower in the bathroom. Great location for everything in Granada. The rooms only have a mirror in the bathroom. I would have liked to do my hair and make up while my friend was showering. We didn't eat in the hotel as we thought the breakfast was too expensive.

This is a very nice hotel in a centrally located renovated historic building and a few minutes walk to the Cathedral of Granada and in walking distance to other historical sites and museums in Granada. The Tourism Office is right next store in the beautiful and historic city hall. You step outside to wonderful restaurants and tapas bars. The map sent by the hotel with the driving instructions into the old part of the city where they are located was excellent and helped us to arrive with no trouble whatsoever. There is underground parking at the hotel which is very important if you have a car. The superior room was lovely with a beautiful bathroom and bathtub.

1.- It is located in the very city center. 1.-During the stay, easter time, we could not use the car park from 15:30 to 00.30 due to the religious parades, but it cost the same. Hotel staff didn't listen to our claims. 2.- We were given a smoking room, something not allowed by the european law, but it wasn't notified while booking the room.

The location is terrific, right near the city center and not that far from the Alhambra. The room was very nice, although there was no view (back alley above neighboring restaurant). No wireless in the rooms! Only in the downstairs lobby. Some of the staff are very helpful, others much less so.

Beautiful old building, right in the center of Granada. It is extermely complicated to get there by car-I suggest pick city parking and walk to the hotel.
