Very clean and comfortable. Location very central to see the sites, and to have tapas etc. Great to have on site parking. Needs to be able to offer guests a decent hot coffee or tea at any time during the stay, especially for Winter guests. |

The hotel itself looks like an old palace, but the rooms are newly furnished and spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is in Granada centre with easy access to the buses to Alhambra. |

Very good location, Attractive room, Overall hotel architectural style (Moorish) 1st floor room was very noisy due to poor accoustic insulation. Noise travelled from ground floor lobby when people were talking, from outside corridor, from breakfast room below and from outside. Woken up several times by noise every night for 4 nights. Hotel needs to fit a second door between bedroom and entrance hall leading to corridor door. Reception staff weren't always very friendly. |

This hotel was convenient to be able to walk to the shops, cafe's, and Cathedral. It was in a difficult place for arriving by car, The streets are very narrow and extremely difficult for cars bigger than a mini! |

Central Position Directions to get to the hotel were poor due to extesive roadworks on the recommended route. It took over 45 minutes, once we had reached Granada, to get to the hotel. |

Location. No bar. Although there are many bars around the hotel I think they are missing a trick not to open their bar (as they have one). Local bars are either very full or have no seating and a drink before or after dinner would be a good addition. |
