Location was central. Staff were helpful and overall quality of the hotel was very good. The interior of the building was interesting and quite beautiful. Second room had some external rennovation work going on connected to balcony. |

The hotel was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is brilliantly located to explore Granada, is in excellent condition and very clean and up-to-date, and as it didn't have an evening restaurant (it does do breakfast) there is no pressure to eat in the hotel. The car park is secure and has different sized spaces for the size of car. |

The hotel is well located, it was stylish and clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We were pleased with the hotel. The wireless internet signal did not reach our room and so we had to go into the central courtyard to get internet access. |

The daytime reception staff were very helpful; the location was ideal and the reception area decor was lovely The night-time reception concierge was very unfriendly if not hostile - internet signal was impossible in the room and when I sat outside to work on my laptop, I was told to go to my room! |

The hotel was clean,quiet & in a good location. I generally found the staff disintereted & even unfriendly at times. there was only one male staff member who was helpful, & when my husband had to go to hospital he was terrific. I never even found out his name. We stayed 10 days & were on our honeymoon, & i asked for a room with a balcony, but no one was interested.The lady who cleaned our room was the only person who regularly smiled at us. |
