The service is limited
The location, size of the room (superior room) the decoration, bright rooms and good beds
Only one person at the counter, no body help you with the luggage, also no room service at the moment. I expect better service for 144 euros per night.
Decent breakfast. Good location. Sort of like the "Kensington" of Madrid
Stinky room. Had sewage smell to it at most times. Told staff at reception who said they would fix it but they did NOT.
An excellent location on a quiet road but close to everything you need and near a station or walkable into the centre of town. Friendly staff. Spacious room (we had the option to upgrade to a bigger room for 15 euros extra a night but were glad we didn't as the room was a good size). Very good breakfast selection and decent coffee. Would recommend to anyone.
Nothing really, all very positive. Possibly a little expensive, but then you're paying for a good, safe location.
No restaurant or bar except for breakfast. However there are plenty of choices close by. The top floor room have to real windows, I would recommend a lower floor.
The location was great for seeing Madrid with plenty of choice for eating out. Liked Decor /style. Breakfast good. Staff warm and professional. Overall good value. Would recommend.
Rooms a little small for twin set-up.
Some language problems with front desk staff (our poor Spanish)
Location I was able to go walking everywhere.
I booked two rooms and when I arrived at the hotel I had only one. The receptionist said it was my mistake and I had to showed him my booking papers. I didn't like this. The stairs to go in.
Location room size
I never met a staff with such limited knowledge of its own city (e.g. are there any postal services nearby? didnt know- And most distrubing. There wasa business center with a computer so slow and not updated that youhad to install google chrome if you wante dot get email. They robbed you blind on usage charge. 4 euros for 30 minutes and the thing did not work. I speak Italian fluently and some spanish, the girsl who was at the reception could hardly speak english -- c'mon this is a a major hotel in the most fashionable part of the city - they need to speak english.
Everything was very good. excellent location, spacious bathroom, confortable bed, polite staff
The price of the breakfast is expensive. Outside the hotel are many places with better quality/price breakfast
Great breakfast and lovely staff. Good location - 20 min walk to the Prado Museum
Great price considering the location. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.
best location, clean and nice, really good breakfast. we spent A very good time there.
The location was good for shopping and close proximity to seeing the sights of downtown Madrid. The maid was always friendly and very efficient.
The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The room was very small and noisy. It took virtually 24 hours to finally cool the hot, stuffy room. And most outrageous was the cost to park a car: $30 euro per day.
