zeer mooi en luxe hotel, Belgische krant wordt op aanvraag geprint, welness zeer goede service,
duur voor kamer zonder zon en zeezicht en enkel ontbijt inbegrepen.

The spa was excellent The main pool area was a bit noisey with people shouting down mobile phones. The poor was also too cold to use. |

Very nice architecture. Free WLAN without problems. Rooms great, pool etc clean and relaxing. Not in one of the main tourist areas. Needs car to get around. |

The staff was very polite and service minded. The spa was fantastic and special treatments (relax massage etc.) were very good. In the evenings there was only one restaurant open per evening and the food was mediocre. Therefore we dined in the nearby Marina every evening. |

Great quiet position, the spa, overall cleanliness. The spa didn't open until late (1030hrs) so no chance of doing anything down there before breakfast. |

Location, views of the sea and the hotel facilities are second to none. The hotel location and facilities are second to none. However the whole five-star service element seems to be lacking from the staff working in the Hotel. You don't get the impression from that them that nothing is too much trouble. |

The whole place looked 5 star but the service did match up and should be rated 3 star. The food was disgusting, the restaurant manager was rude, the room towels were falling to bits. It took half an hour to check out as the staff did not know what they were doing. |

Lo que más su ubicación, en Puerto Calero. La zona es muy tranquila y las vistas bonitas. El aire acondicionado se estropeó varias veces, la nevera lo mismo, y aparecieron varias cucarachas en la habitación. Aunque sean casi autóctonas de la isla, eso no se puede permitir en un hotel de 5 estrellas. El buffette de desayuno muy poco variado y desorganización, se formaban colas en el acceso al desayuno. |
