Hesperia Madrid  

Very comfortable room - queen sized bed, spacious bathroom with good products. Breakfast was served until 11.30 with as much fresh orange juice and coffee as desired. This hotel was just around the corner from the Metro station and was easy to reach from the airport (via Metro) We walked to the Prado which took approx 1/2 hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Hotel de lujo con una muy buena relacion precio calidad. Buena ubicaciòn que lo hace excelente sea para viaje de placer o de negocios. Para los amantes de la buena cocina, el hotel cuenta con un restautarant dos estrellas Michelin.

Breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. Located very conveniently for a city break or business journey in downtown Madrid. The hotel is comfortable with clean rooms.

They didn't have La Vanguardia neither on Friday nor on Saturday and the staff gave excuses which were clearly untrue. An hotel like that one ought to have all main spanish newspapers. Curiously enough, it was the only one missing (catalan !). It has NO minimum spa facilities such as a sauna and an indoor swimmingpool. It was a bit too hot inside.

No airconditioning!! I understood that the airco will only be switched on the end of April. As a solo traveller I received a room at the back of the hotel with a tiny window, ok with me but I was cooking without an airco (which the hotel claims they have and should have for a 5*!) I had seen this complaint on booking.com before but guessed it was an incident but its not. I received an upgrade but there was no need for that, its airco you want when its 28c outside! Breakfast Euro 30,00= us$ 42,00....

Está bien ubicado. Es un hotel clásico, con las comodidades correspondientes a un hotel de cierta calidad.

Se le nota la pertenencia a cadena NH, que está muy bien para hoteles medios (3 estrellas) o de lujo, pero el Hesperia se queda a medias. La recepcion no se corresponde a un 5 estrellas. La atencion del presonal, sin ser mala, dista mucho de lo esperable en un hotel de esta categoría. Ejemplo: me ofrecieron subir mi equipaje, y en un 5 estrellas esto no se ofrece, sino que se sube y ya está. La habitación estaba bien, con lo necesario, pero se diría más que era de 4 estrellas. Era pequeña, con moqueta en el suelo, y sin nada especial que destacar. El parking (26 € por noche) me pareció algo caro. Creo que hay mejores hoteles de 5 estrellas en Madrid por el mismo precio o incluso más bajo en fin de semana. No volveré.

Cet hôtel est le comble du luxe et du raffinement pour un prix exceptionnel (200€/nuit pour un 5*). Le personnel est adorable et attentionné, les femmes de chambre, discrètes et efficaces.Le petit déjeuner est parfait, Les lits sont très confortables, la salle de bain spacieuse.

La situation, un peu excentrée (Paseo de la Castellana)mais qui reste très bien desservie: station de métro et arrêt bus devant l'hôtel , lequel se trouve face au Musée des Sciences Naturelles et à côté du merveilleux Musée Sorolla.

prima hotel op een goede locatie. Metrostation om de hoek, dus de binnenstad is binnen 15 minuten bereikbaar. Ontbijt is ook voortreffelijk.
