The 'view' from my room window.
Worm welcoming Size of the room (((The Qur'an book and Compass)))
No isolation between the rooms Regards
Central location, very friendly staff.
Hotel is a little frayed around the edges and needs refurbishing.
everything was almost perfect..
.. except view from the window
Thanks it was very nice stay in your hotel ...
Hotel location is very nice
The breakfast was really good. Staff concerned with us.
Room not cleaned enough.
Excellent renovated comfortable room. Good breakfast. Safe centric location with close access to the metro and Calle de Serrano shopping-restaurants.
A bit pricey for USA standards.
The pillows were very bad
Service , breakfast
Lili from the cocerage was very helpful
all is good there .
I would liked if i had the option of cold air-condition, its was cold outside but very worm inside.
Unsolicited upgrade to Junior Suite, shows initiative and imagination when dealing with guests. Excellent food and good value for money wine list.
Nothing of consequence
Great position - very close to nearby metro station. Very comfortable bed and immaculate bathroom with an abundance of towels!
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Staff were very helpful and we were welcomed by the Guest Relations Manager when we arrived. The food was excellent too
Wifi was a bit slow - other than that - nothing
Really comfortable rooms with all the facilities once I had requested them including an iPod dock and Nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent too including gluten free bread as I am allergic.
The room was advertised as having an iPod dock and Nespresso machine but I had to specifically ask for them to be sent to the room and they tried to get me to change rooms for this but I'd already unpacked. They arrived quickly but in my opinion should have already been in the rooms.
Excellent service in all parts of the hotel. They couldn't have been more kind, dedicated and professional. It was a massive pleasure to have been there. We will definitely have the Hesperia Madrid as our first choice next time we visit the city.
The room was a bit small (for the name advertised) but the service and the attention received compensate greatly for that.
Excellent service and efficiency . One of the top hotels in Madrid.
Loved the friendly, comfortable vibe of the hotel. Not a pompous 5 star city hotel. Perfect for a city break. Spotlessly clean, multi national tv. Fabulous breakfast. Kudos to the management for friendly, helpful, professional staff. Location perfect for Bernabeu (easy walk), tour bus stop close by. Absolutely will be first choice hotel in future visits to Madrid.
One tiny issue I had with shower/tub - slid every time I got out. Not sure if the sides of the tub are higher than normal, or if I am just not used to a shower over tub. That's possibly more me than the hotel !
Location , staff , quality of rooms
Casula dining options
The staff were all super attentive and helpful. The decor was relaxing and level of comfort and cleanliness excellent. We did not eat there apart from the buffet breakfast which was very extensive with every element of high quality. We stayed mid summer as tourists but it is clear the facilities for business clients are also very efficient.
We could not fault anything during our one week stay. For visitors new to Madrid or on very short stays they may find the location a little way out of the centre but with taxis, a metro station and bus stops immediately outside the entrance it is actually in an excellent location for cultural or gastronomic tourism or for any business traveller.
Friendly professional personnel, art deco interior, quiet rooms with double window shields. Good location
We bought an upgrade to Junior suite and the room was really small
