The location of the Hotel is ideal for walking into the City centre. Parking is easy to obtain and there is hardly anytraffic noise at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well maintained and spacious.

Very nice hotel, highly reccomended for visiting Mahon. Kind staff and excellent impression about all. Nothing, maybe just breakfast quality might be improved (like yogurts bought in the Discount containing vere few of natural ingredients).

Its location was good: very near the bus stations, main square & just back from the maritime prom - excellent. Didn't have to have breakfast - much more fun to go out - good bakeries/ cafes just down the road Just a basic chain hotel, no frills but a good base in Ciutadella - clean, friendly staff, great location

Would not recommend this place. They claim to have wifi but you have to leave your room and go downstairs to the lobby. Inconvenient. No air conditioning in the room, even though they claim to have it. The last day there wasn't any water. Nothing for hours, when it did finally come out, it was brown. The pool is laughable.

Excelente acogida por parte del personal. Hotel confortable muy bien situado, en zona céntrica y tranquila, próxima al mar (aunque Ciutadella no tiene playa) y al centro histórico. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy recomendable.

Los desayunos antioxidantes son una delicia. Las cena buffet es casera y muy natural. El hotel esta genial. Habitaciones confortables. El personal es muy familiar. En definitiva el hotel es una garantía. Se notan la calidades de la marca NH.

Hotel in ottima posizione,vicino al centro storico,allo shopping,al porto ed ai ristoranti,ed alle fermate degli autobus,sia per Mahon che per le spiagge intorno.Pulito,fresco,personale gentile ed efficente.Assolutamente una buona scelta per chi vuole visitare la città.

Lo mejor su ubicación, a tres minutos del centro histórico de Ciutadella y cinco minutos de la playa. En el mes de junio, aparcamiento libre en la calle, en la misma puerta. El personal del hotel, amable. Se ajusto el precio de la reserva con la calidad del hotel.

La ubicación era ideal, muy próxima al centro de Ciutadella. La limpieza era también muy buena, y además tuvimos la suerte de que nos dieran una suite que era muy amplia y con una terraza espectacular. Tal vez el precio del desayuno era algo elevado, aunque tampoco podemos opinar mucho de la relación calidad-precio porque no utilizamos el servicio.

Muy buen hotel. Está muy cerca del puerto de Ciutadella. La habitación es muy grande y tiene bonita vista. Realmente tiene todas las condiciones de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Es la cuarta vez que estamos en este hotel por lo que no caben muchos mas comentarios,su ubicación es estupenda para una escapada cerca del centro, su tranquilidad,el trato del personal de recepción en particular de Marga, es estupenda.
