Rezervasyon numaram olmasina ragmen sistemde goremediler ve 1 saat resepsiyonda huysuz bir ihtiyarla tartismak zorunda kaldim... tek olumsuz kommentim o gece resepsiyondaki nobetci gorevli ile ilgili..yoksa otel gercekten fiyat/kalite kiyaslamasina gore cok guzel

Position close to center (15 minutes walk). Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

The rooms were very nice. The hotel had a gym, which for a training athlete is a requirement during travel. The location was very convenient near the city center

The staff was not very helpful. The waitstaff in the restaurant were actually quite rude. The food at the hotel restaurant was not good. None of the gym treadmills worked.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and 4 star rated room. The decor was modern and the hotel itself was modern looking. The bathroom was very good!

The layout of the room, made the room look a bit small. There's no door to the bathroom and one person couldn't go to the toilet when the other person is showering as its an open shower.

Wifi are stable, clean room!

The air ventilation system is not up to standard, making the room very hot and stuff, and we need to open the window! I asked a stuff if they know how to get to the airport she told me the best way is by taxi, and I asked her if there are bus to the airport and she said she dont know. So later on I go online and search for the aerobus to airport and I was able to find it! Working in the hospitality industry, how on earth you don't know where to take the airport bus??!?

This was an amazing hotel with great views of the city. We were on the 12th floor! Comfortable stylish rooms with great bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.... Actually I dindn't want to leave.

Brekfast was 15 Euros per person, we thought it was too much and didn't have it. Can't judge on quality but you can eat for less in the city.

wifi signal is not so good (our room was 606); design of the bath room is not so good, the bathtub is almost no use and water is easily splashed on the floor

Hotel is nice well equipped not noisy and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

The shower was super nice, and the room was really cleaned which was so pleasent every time when we got back from a whole day visit in Barcelona! Very convenient to take buses to go visit places!!

A bit too noisy from the lady who clean upstairs In the morning.... Could totally hear that she's cleaning the floors... And if there could be more international (english)channels on tv might be nice too.

Breakfast was very good.

1. Good 15mins walk to the nearest Metro station; 2. Claimed wi-fi cover everywhere but had to change room after 1st night as the first room only had signal near to the door;

We were expecting a room with a nice view, since we were celebrating our date anniversary. In the reservation, we made this remark. However the staff tried to sell an upgrade to a bigger room, with no margin for bargaining.

the hotel was good but the location of the hotel is not good if you want comfort and scilence it was so much noise especialy at night because it was located in main street and the rooms which has street window be awake all night:) so if you chose this hotel make sure give you the room which is located at back of the hotel :)despite of this the other things was good

It was a very welcoming hotel and the staff were very approachable and our room was very comfortable, providing everything necessary for a enjoyable stay.

We did have a 'drain' problem - although this was rectified when we notified the hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. As a four stars hotel, it has a great service and rooms are large and clean as well.

The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm, what if some one arrived late at night from his flight ?? Also, the internet connection needs to be improved.
