This hotel overlooks Seville’s Plaza de Armas Square. Just 215 yards from Seville Bus Station, it is a 15-minute walk from the cathedral and Giralda. Its rooftop pool offers superb city views.

Score from 958 reviews Good
Parking on premises Rooms were a little bigger than average Comfortable bed
Plastic "wooden" floors Bad finer pillows - none with feathers
nice modern hotel, rooms were spacious also lovely bathroom.Food was very nice, walking distance to towncentre and the train station 2 mins from hotel.
receptionist sometimes had difficulty understanding English.
Staff, service, cleanness and excellent breakfast
Need some remodelling and furniture upgrading No cleanex is provided
WiFi signal was so low that was unuseful. I needed to use the my own 3G link instead
Excellent breakfast;wide range of food to please all tastes. Good strong shower. Informal bar/restaurant next door that serves dishes and drinks early to late and you can put bill onto hotel room too. Close to university business school. Only 15 minutes walk into city centre.
Nothing. It really was a good place for us
First of all location and breakfast. Metro station just few meters, bus station few hundred meters. Breakfast amazing -fresh fruits, cheese section, salami, pastry, fresh juices, selection of tea and coffee, excellent service. Rooms clean, comfortable, AC working.
I asked for quiet room, but for two nights there was a very noisy party :-(. Internet not working properly, kept disconnected over and over.
Room is very comfortable with plenty of space and air con. We also had a balcony - an unexpected bonus! Room is cleaned daily. Good location - 20mins from centre and 10mins from supermarket.
Breakfast is expensive and not included in room costs. WiFi is good but variable
The staff is extremely friendly and willing to communicate. They prepared a take away BRE for my early day tour. And the room is also large with everything provided. Good value!
The staff is helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. No complaint with this price.
Jose Luis at the Hotel bar is an exeptional staff making me feel confortable even if I was travelling by myself. The hotel room is amazingly big and very clean..very good value for money. I will come back!
The staff at the check in was very fast, no information were given of the Hotel facilities whch I had to discover by myself. I had to ask what is my room number and where the elevator was as he just gave me the key and he went back to do his business.
Really lovely room - big, super clean, with some nice touches (e.g. spanish style tiles in bathroom) making it less generic business-like than it appeared on booking.com) and so comfortable. Helpful staff. Free decent wifi and good air conditioning. We booked it as a deal, so didn't pay full price. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of foods and freshly squeezed juices etc (also had both soya milk and rice milk as standard alongside normal milk which was great for me as I'm lactose intolerant). The breakfast is 9 euros though so you may prefer to stop at one of the cafes on the way into town on most days.
The hotel is about a 15-20mins walk from the centre. It's a really nice walk through a great part of town so in many ways this isn't a problem. But when it's really hot it makes it less doable to pop back to the hotel (eg for a siesta!) which was a bit of an issue for us because we wanted to go to some events that started late after getting up early to make the most of the cooler part of the day.
Good location with quick access to underground which is only 2 stops from historic centre.
I cancelled one room before my arrival after I was charged for it. Their system shows a credit for me but a week later and I still have not been credited with this amount.
Modern hotel which was value for money
A bit far from the attractions.
The bed was comfortable. They had the best smelling soap I've experienced in any hotel ever. It was quiet and relaxed. Also very clean.
The pool/spa was at an extra cost. Wifi didn't work most of the time in our room. The location was right next to a metro line that took you closer to the center but if you stay out too late you have to get a taxi back. However, it would be walkable if you aren't worn out from exploring already.
I liked the public areas, the bar was very good and service efficient
The room was ok but looked a little tired, the general position of the hotel was further from the centre of town although the metro station is close by. Overall it just looks like it's seen a bit of life.
Excellent service, staff very helpful, room could not be faulted breakfast was very good. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others.
Location. Away from hub and quiet but easy walk to most things.
It was not a 4 star hotel, 3 at best. We were given a room on 1st floor with terrace. As soon a lift opened, it smelt smokey and unappealing, which says a lot coming from a smoker. Ended up on 2nd floor which was much better and ended up with balcony which was handy but with underwhelming views.
Close to Sevilla FC stadium. Clean. For extra money you can access the health center - nice pool, great jacuzzi pool, sauna.
The access to the health center costs 14 Euro for person per day!!
At the check-in, I asked about the breakfast prices and they told me the value. Then I asked if I could pay it at the check-out, and they just said "yes". At the check-out they charged me almost twice that informed value. They explained that paying at the check-out is another price. I felt really robbed because I specifically asked about it in the check-in and they didn't give me full information.
The receptionists were so professional and friendly. My room was lovely and cosy, exceptionally clean with a little balcony overlooking a park. The location is perfect both for station and centre.
The door to my balcony was almost impossible to open. I had to get the cleaner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, to help me open it. I tried to orderroom service. The man was sooooooooooooooo rude. Ihave lived in spain for nine years and speak reasonably good spanish. I spoke too him twice in spanish to try and order a hamburger. Both times he replied "no entiendo nada de nada" how rude. As a result i went across the road to tgi fridays. I am sure some people must stay here who dont know a word of spanish. I assume they have no chance of ordering room service. The receptionist when i collected my bags told me he understood exactly what i said. Due to the horrible man on room service i would never stay here again. Id go back to ayre sevilla where they have no problems understanding me.
Good price. Adequate for what I wanted.
Wi-Fi slow. The hotel may have been 4 star 20 years ago but the fittings are worn and could do with being refurbished.
Although not in the old quarter, it is right next to an underground station (two stops to the historical centre), good restaurants as well as an excellent shopping centre. Very comfortable bedroom.
Near center, very kind staff, good breakfast, comfortable and big bed.
The swimming pool it is not part of the hotel, so you have to pay and kids are not allowed.
Flexibility to reduce reservation to 2 nights and pay accordingly location overall service and amenities
