Being situated near several shopping centers, bars and restaurants and the metro station in some 20 meters from entry, the hotel itself looks at green and quiet street. The city center is also very close to the hotel - 15-20 minutes by feet or two stations by metro. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location near to the Train Station and easy reach of the City.

Breakfast was not included in the price, the breakfast was a self service buffet and at 15 euros was not value for money. There were no hot options, not even a boiled egg. Only one toasting machine serviced the whole dining room, it was slow and inefficient. Certainly a second toaster should be introduced. A sign to be displayed informing guests to be considerate to others when going to or leaving their rooms especially late at night or early morning would be appreciated.

Good location near Metro station, easy to reach by car

Good position in the city. Excellent parking facility. Comfortable bed and room. Good value for money. Next to Metro.

Could not get the air con to push out cool air and had to open the window to sleep. Noisy traffic and late night revellers heard through the open window. Mould on wall below window. The phone had no instructions with it so did not know how to phone reception. Car park had a green slippery film on it causing my wife to slip over.

Good location near two big shopping centres, El corte ingles & Nervion. 15 mins walk from the city centre.Metro station within few metres from the hotel. Spacious bedroom & always cleaned. Great selection of healthy eating breakfast.

Being part of the NH Hotels it delivers very good quality for a fair value. Very happy with everything.

As with other NH Hotels I've stayed in, this one lacks toilet brushes... hotel policy maybe?

The hotel combines comfort and value for money!Not to mention the location.With 5 min walk either to the nearest Mall or the Sanchez Pijzuan Stadium or the Metro!

We were disappointed overall. It is billed as four star but we at least expected tea and coffee facilities in the room. The air conditioning (room 418) didnt chill. Windows are filthy. The corridors are gloomy and some of the staff appear surly. The breakfast is too expensive, better to have many people eating at lower price than few at higher price? Good points: excellent wifi and good location.

The room was quite comfortable and reasonably priced. It was located directly by a Metro station that gave us full access to the important aspects of the city of Seville. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The only problem we encountered at the hotel was that our room was too warm. When we mentioned it at the desk, they said it was too early in the season for air conditioning. It's possible that the air starts in May ( we were there in April). Otherwise, hotel was great.

Its location. The bus from the Airport (2,40 euros) stops at 50m. There is a metro station at the entrance of the hotel. Alternatively you can walk to the center (Barrio Santa Cruz), it takes 10 min.

It was quite noisy when we stayed at Hesperia. The walls are not thick enough and we could hear people chatting in the next room and in the corridor. Out of 4 nights, we only slep well one night.

Location is nice, just beside the metro station. 10-15 minutes walking from the train station. The room is clean and the breakfast is excellent.
