Good location being right next to a metro station for ease of getting to city centre, friendly staff, would recommend

We were disappointed overall. It is billed as four star but we at least expected tea and coffee facilities in the room. The air conditioning (room 418) didnt chill. Windows are filthy. The corridors are gloomy and some of the staff appear surly. The breakfast is too expensive, better to have many people eating at lower price than few at higher price? Good points: excellent wifi and good location.

Its location. The bus from the Airport (2,40 euros) stops at 50m. There is a metro station at the entrance of the hotel. Alternatively you can walk to the center (Barrio Santa Cruz), it takes 10 min.

It was quite noisy when we stayed at Hesperia. The walls are not thick enough and we could hear people chatting in the next room and in the corridor. Out of 4 nights, we only slep well one night.

Front desk staff was very helpful acquainting us with a city we knew little of. The restaurant recommendations were good and the transportation advice was very helpful also. Location was excellent for Seville football game.

Room was not well ventilated. The air conditioning was not available and would have been very helpful. We slept poorly because of it. Travel into old part of town required a Metro unless we wanted to walk 20 or so minutes.

Excellent location. A 10 min walk to the heart of the action.

Unfriendly staff. Although it says it has fitness room, they will charge you 14 Euros/day to use. Excessive!!!

Staff very helpful and the hotel had a very good breakfast. It was close to a metro stop and shopping.

Great hotel,right next to the metro,clean rooms,breakfast not so great(a bit basic),would recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean room! The location is easy to get to from the airport by bus.

Not all the personel speaks and understands English so a litle knowledge of the Spanish language is a must.

Large suite, pleasant staff, good location close to metro

A/C was difficult to regulate - making us too warm one minute and then too cold when the fan cut in. But overall - great value for money.

Room facilities were very nice but it was a bit noisy in the night. I recommend to take a room on the upper floor. Absolutely amazing breakfast like a la carte. Helpful staff. Very good hotel location - near metro station, not far from the center and the Gare.

A swimming pool mentioned as a hotel one in the web was actually in a sport club nearby - for extra money by the way.

excellent location with nervion metro station less than 30 metres away

We requested non-smoking rooms and the hotel still has smoking rooms that if fully book they allocate to customers and you only find out when you arrive. Also, the wifi never worked for my Mac so I couldn't work and this was a mess because I had deadlines. Do not book if you need this.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, good quality and variety of breakfast foods, helpful reception staff.

The walk from the hotel to the city centre is 15 minutes but it's along the motorway so not the most enjoyable. Wish we knew if we booked the breakfast on the first day the price of it would have been significantly cheaper - 8 euros instead of 13 euros!
