Typisk 4 stjernes hotel - god standard, beligenhet ( ca. 20-30 min å gå til gamlebyen) Metrostasjon er ved siden av hotelet, veldig praktisk. Corte de ingles kjøpesenter er også 2 min gange fra hotelet.

Prisen jeg betalte forutsetter bedre fasiliteter, som svømmebaseng, treningsroom etc. Mannen I ekspedisjonen var ikke spesielt hjelpsom. Med andre ord, ganske typisk foretningshotel med travel og upersonlig personale, alle ekstra tjennester (frokost, parkering) er overpriset.

Clean, excellent room and very nice bathroom. 20 min walking to Santa Justa train station. No noise from the street. Metro station just near the hotel. A shopping center is 5 minutes away. Breakfast of good variety, although the cofee machines are slow (but good quality coffee). Seif in room. Overall, very good quality-price ratio.

I had in fact 2 reservations at this hotel: one for one day and one for the following 2 days. We could keep the same room (so we did not move), but I asked only one breakfast in the first day and I was charged with 3 breakfasts. So, check what you are paying before you leave the hotel. I got back the money, so everything went well in the end. We did not take the following 2 breakfasts because the restaurant opens at 8 o'clock, a little bit late for people who want to enjoy a breakfast early in the morning.

Staff very helpful and the hotel had a very good breakfast. It was close to a metro stop and shopping.

Good location near the Nervion Shopping Center and near to the city center. The metro station is in front of the hotel.

Needs a major refurbishment, mostly in the common areas, for the price they are asking.

Nice and spacious room. Booked a double and they gave us a double bed and a single which was nice as we had our 4 year old daughter with us. Good location as close to many shops and the metro is just out the front.

Nice and clean room! The location is easy to get to from the airport by bus.

Not all the personel speaks and understands English so a litle knowledge of the Spanish language is a must.

Comfort and cleanliness.

Air conditioning of a poor quality for such a warm city. Electricity of the area of the city went out two nights in a row and there didn't seem to be a proper back up plan when it happened. Candles given out to customers which was inadequete.

Lovely hotel, right bang in the middle of everything, shops nearby which was handy.

Room facilities were very nice but it was a bit noisy in the night. I recommend to take a room on the upper floor. Absolutely amazing breakfast like a la carte. Helpful staff. Very good hotel location - near metro station, not far from the center and the Gare.

A swimming pool mentioned as a hotel one in the web was actually in a sport club nearby - for extra money by the way.

Hotel is standard chain type. Reception staff were very helpful and front desk staff did several extra things for us. Breakfast is adequate but the coffee machines confused everyone.

We requested non-smoking rooms and the hotel still has smoking rooms that if fully book they allocate to customers and you only find out when you arrive. Also, the wifi never worked for my Mac so I couldn't work and this was a mess because I had deadlines. Do not book if you need this.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, good quality and variety of breakfast foods, helpful reception staff.

The walk from the hotel to the city centre is 15 minutes but it's along the motorway so not the most enjoyable. Wish we knew if we booked the breakfast on the first day the price of it would have been significantly cheaper - 8 euros instead of 13 euros!
