Just the design and the location in relation to the airport...

Very unfriendly staff and such a poor offer for the entire cost... Nothing is price included... You have to pay for everything, like pool, spa, massage etc... If you stay to a superior floor - beyond 20 - don't count on internet wireless connection! And most important: if you want to use the hotel shuttle to the center of the city or the airport, wake up early and get in line in front of the hotel as soon as you can, because the shuttle has only 10 places and the driver goes just one way at the time... If you can't get you place in the shuttle, you will be invited to go the metro station!

Suite was great. Fantastic views. Tower club a fun addition (free appetisers/drinks). Meal at Evo restaurant very good.

Great hotel for the price. Free wifi everywhere for as many devices as you carry (7 in my case).

Their advertising is misleading - we stayed there because of "free shuttle service to/from airport." There was no service and we spent 45 Euros more because of this ... not happy. Further, the wireless internet does not exist/didn't work, and the rooms are just not comfortable - way to "high design" and not practical or comfortable.

It's located near the Airport 10min Driving But the hotel is expensive where other hotels in the city better prices found and everything is near you

Every room has a card that say. Do not disturb or room cleaning I putted the card on do not disturb I noticed a cleaner has entered the room

Clean, nice, good.

Shutle car are too rare and full of people.The hotel is too fae away from the city.

The rooms were of exceptionally good standards. Food was delicious.

Location to airport.

Difficulty for English-speaking tourists to contact hotel for pickup at airport. Limited dining choices.

Wow fantastic modern architechture, yet very subdued ,plush and elegant surroundings. We paid 99e in advance booking and what a great deal! Our basic room was extremely nice, quiet and all that you would expect. We booked this hotel primarily because they off a free one-way shuttle downtown and shuttles to the airport. Attentive service from a multilingual staff. Would definitely stay here again. Be advised that this hotel aims to please with offerings of a light breakfast off the main lobby. Coffee, tea, juice, baked goods and fresh fruit. aperfect way to start the day when leaving for a very early am flight home.

In inquiring into the restaurants in house we were only directed to the top floor. As this was the last day of our 2 week Spain whirlwind we were tired and looking for casual. Definitely not the top floor. Very expensive and who's who of Barcelona. (All though not allowed w/o reservations 4 of us went to the top floor to see what all the hoop-la was about only to be greeted by a strickly no enter roped off enterance. Really we had just dropped 200 e at dinner on the 3 floor and we cannot look? Later we found out there is a bar on the second floor which we would have favoured.

The calm atmosphere throughout the hotel and very good views from the bedroom

A little too far out of town, making the tube the only way back from town.

The hotel had a very contemporary elegant feel that I like and high level of technology .The food was always good I loved it.

The location of the hotel is remote,kettle and coffee facility in the room are missng I always wake up to some hot water or tea so I was not happy.

Comfortable modern hotel with airport transfers. Also close to the subway to downtown and to the Rambla.

The hotel was well furnished and staff could not do enough to help.

I feel that for the comfort and facilities internet should be free and there should be tea / coffee facilities in the rooms.
