The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'. We went to Barcelona to celebrate my birthday, and when I got back to my hotel room the staff had left me a bottle of Cava on ice and some strawberries and dipping chocolate! How lovely is that? I nearly cancelled the booking but decided to make the most of it. I'm really glad I didn't change hotels because it was a pleasant area to be in anyway. It was also good to be out of the city centre and it didn't take too long to get there on the Metro. But, spa & pool cost extra. Shuttle bus only goes from the hotel. Restaurant v expensive and booked up. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful when called upon especially the lady who booked us in on our arrival (as there was no record of us arriving) and the lady in the Club Tower who took care of us from our first full day there until we checked out. Great ambassadors for your hotel. The hotel and facilities were to the highest standards like the room, restuarant and the gym. We could have been advised beforehand that Restuarant Evo was to close from the 1st until 5th May so reservations could have been made before it closed. |

Die Ausstattung und die grosszügigen Räumlickeiten. Unterschiedliche Preisauskünfte der verschiedenen Mitarbeiter zur gewünschten Verlängerungsnacht, hierbei mußte erst booking.com eingeschaltet werden um einen günstigeren als den Normalpreis zu bekommen. |

La habitacion es muy confortable y bonita. La ducha se filtraba el agua al resto del baño. Cojimos dos habitaciones y en una de ellas olvidaron abrir la cama y colocar los articulos de tocador. |

Lo impactante del lobby, su mobiliario moderno y de diseño. que no tenga wifi gratis en todo el hotel y que a la mañana no saliera agua caliente en nuestra habitación y que hayan demorado casi una hora en determinar que era problema de todo el piso y nos hayan tenido que cambiar de habitación. Menos mal que no teníamos vuelo inmediato!! |

la ducha con hidromasaje y que la habitacion estaba decorada con buen gusto habia detalles que para este tipo de hotel deberia ser mejorado pues creo que es fallo que cuando estas en la ducha y terminas de usar el hidromasaje al abrir la puerta no deberia de estar lleno de agua el suelo ni tampoco el suelo del water que esta al lado.. tampoco el oxido de las esquinas.. ni cuando te estiras en la cama y quitas el cubre camas se vea muchisimo polvo volar..ni cuando estas tomandote una copa en la 3ª planta creo y ves en las maderas del techo que estan sin tapar los tornillos,. ni cuando estas en la cama y miras al techo y ves como han tapado una mancha de humedad a trozos y por ultimo creo que ganarian mas si al hospedarse en el hotel entrara gratis el spa pues es de lo mejor y de lo que mas se disfruta. |
