The hotel is very near the Sol station. I didn't know reception was on 2nd floor in building and door of the building was locked, but I could find the hotel and reach to the reception easily. I enjoyed breakfast served at cafe near the hotel.

I tried to connect to Wi-Fi again and again, but it is impossible to get IP address before sleeping. Of course I had no mistake. In the morning, I could connect luckily after about ten times trying.

Within easy access to the port. Staff very helpful and within walking distance to the center of Bilbao. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have booked for next year. I suppose that is the best recommendation.

Good location. Politely staff.

Meal would be better. There is no vegetables (almost).

We liked its location best as it was a short walk from the bus terminal, that is how we arrived in the city and we also picked it because it was so close to the Guggenheim Museum, which was our main reason to visit Bilbao.

No swimming pool, large building site near by

Very comfortable,clean and luxurious room (send me your comforter!!) Impressed even with just an overnight stay-breakfast was fantastic. Great experience to end my vacation with. Highly recommend this hotel*****stars.

Wasnt a beach hotel in Spain:( -would have been great to have this hotel available in Spain on the beach!!!!!

It is in a great location close to the bus station coming into Bilbao and going out of Bilbao because it is so close to the bus station that has an airport bus. The staff tried changing our room to one that did not smell so heavily of smoke and we got a better one but the hotel is in Europe where everyone smokes.. So it is hard if not impossible to get a non smoking room.

The air-conditioning does not work and the rooms smell of smoke.

All the staff - reception, breakfast, cafe, housekeeping - were efficient and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the location - just a short easy walk to the nearest tram stop - very convenient.

A large group monopolised the breakfast room on both mornings of our stay, although a small side room had been set out to accommodate other hotel guests.

Hotel situated near bus station which I needed for excursions. Hotel room was well kept and clean, and the noise level moderate regardless room´s position in the first floor above the cafeteria and terrace.

The breakfast was expensive in relation to its contents although artistic impression was fine. Many foreigners would appreciate if the restaurant would open in the evening more early, also because the choice in the area is very limited.

It was the only available good hotel during the Easter holiday and we booked at the last minute. The staff were helpful and friendly.

i would like kettle and tea bags+coffee andv milk provided so that we can have a cup tea or coffee in your room.

El parking es caro y de dificil acceso (pero como se puede aparcar cerca no hay problema)

La atención en recepción es excelente Nos atendieron resolviendo todo tipo de dudas, muy amables, y proporcionando mucha información!

La atención del restaurante el boxto en los desayunos x lo menos, todo lo contrario a la gente tan amable q había en la recepción del hotel
