the location the price comfortable bed
lack of food service after midnight
Easy to reach by public bus from train station (less than ten minutes). Friendly staff on check in (providing map and tips) and check out. Spacious room with big bed (5th floor). Short bus ride to centre of pamplona (less than ten minutes with bus stop 100m from hotel doors). Walked back from town (about 20 minutes) after dinner - nice walk through parks and residential areas. Bar/restaurant attached to hotel lobby for drinks in evening and cafe and tortilla in morning (on first inspection looks a bit basic but as we were leaving on a Sunday, many people were arriving all dressed up for a white-tablecloth Sunday lunch). Best value hotel we stayed in, in Spain. Highly recommend.
Some traffic noise if windows are left open for fresh air - if you want a quiet room, suggest requesting a room on the west side of the building.
breakfast, room was a good size and very clean. OK TV on Sunday we saw all the fans dressed up and coming to watch their group playing- it was a special sight to see though i would never choose it specifically. Being there, it was a unique experience.
no shower and a bit of floods due to bath tab structure. wi fi weak and frustrating. a little bit out of the center but no big deal- walked 15-20 minutes to get to the museum etc. proximity to the Bilbao football stadium surprised me and i did not get this impression when i booked it so either i missed it or it was a bit hidden for some reason.Anyway this was the view- and it was not to my taste...but i am not a football fan so...
Clean nice room. Onsite parking.
Not right in the centre but close to a metro station.
An interesting location directly across a narrow service road from the 55,000 seat arena for the Athletic Club Bilboa Liga division football team. Even better was we pulled in about 4 hours before a sellout match with a Basque rival. The parking was never the less easy to get to and it was a real treat to what thousands of fans stream by the hotel terrace entry way. We used the convenient location to walk 15 minutes to the Guggenheim and 15 minutes more along the gorgeous river walk to the Old Town. If you can walk then this is a convenient place and a relative deal given the 8 Euro breakfast and 4* hotel comforts. We returned to the hotel for the final 30 minutes of the game watching in the lobby with the roar of the stadium just out the door.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room is not the ideal model. It's slow ...
The staffs are so kind and sophisticated. Though I was sick on the day of check-out, it was nice stay because of good staffs. Thank you so much.
The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There was a choice of dining facilities and an excellent breakfast. Convenient parking was available adjacent to the hotel at a reasonable daily rate. Easy walking distance to pleasant parts of Bilbao.
Situated right next to the enormous new football stadium could be problematical on match nights. Vehicular access is initially not straightforward if you come from the wrong direction.
Nice room and bathroom but see comment - nice helpful staff
Booked a double - got a bed made up of two twins together except that they were not attached and were on wheels so you could not sit comfortably and read as it slid away from the walls. Main complaint is that there were no duvets on the beds - just a blanket & sheets which is poor for a four-star hotel.
The room I stayed was more spacious compared to a hotel near Isozaki Atea with the same level of price. Good access to bus terminal and the best access to San Mames (just in front of this hotel).
Not good access to the old town area and Guggenheim museum (you need to take tram).
Proximity to restaurants, guggenheim. Lovely selection at breakfast.
A little distant from old town.
Bed comfortable The staff in the cafe - Christian? Front desk staff helpful
Air conditioning inadequate Shampoo but no conditioner. It took no less than five attempts to complete room service order. Loud guest on mobile phone during breakfast. Same loud gest was not discouraged by wait staff, made breakfast un enjoyable.
Parking easy and available Very good breakfast pleasant staff Easy access to town center
Not easy to find very small bed
Everything was excellent.
There is some work going on at a nearby stadion, and there are some big building machines near the hotel (at some distance)
Hotel located near to trams and we were able to visit all parts of the city easily. Good views of the river from the window of our room.Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant excellent also snacks available in the bar.Staff friendly and helpful.
It was situated at the top of a long fairly steep hill so not ideal for everybody.
In the city centre with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance
Getting to the hotel was a nightmare even with sat nav as a result of the many road closures for the new football stadiu
very good room, confortable and clean. Breakfest was excellent Bitbecause of constructions to stadium nereby was.not ,because the stuff helped us with a quait room location was good and near the bus station.helped us for transferetion from France. Stuff were really friendly
Very clean comfortable room in a good location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Would happily stay here again.
A bit of a challenge getting to the hotel because of construction work nearby. Should be finished soon!
Very large breakfast buffet
Staff is very friendly but except those at reception, almost no English speaking.
Convenient for restaurant part of town. Convenient outdoor parking within hotel.
Surly reception staff (male), located in a very ordinary, ugly part of town: NO restaurants, even on Saturday night, everything is closed on Sunday. It is close to the tram which goes to Guggenheim, but NOT to anything else. Only book your hotel in Bilbao for 1 night because there is nothing else there. Museum just ok, old part of the town is best to be close to.
