New facilities, spacious and and clean rooms, all amenities. Main thing is that it is too hot in the hotel. Breakfast line was a bit cramped, not a lot of parking places, internet slow and only in lobby.

The mountain view from the hotel and the prices. Breakfast. People were standing in line as not enough tables were available. Also personal wise this service did not have sufficient capacity.

Las vistas son muy buenas Los accesos al hotel muy malos, los tienen así mas de 5 años y ahora peor. Las toallas las pusimos para que nos las cambiasen y nos las volvieron a poner las mismas en el colgador. Parking muy caro

Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación de hotel a apartamento. La comida tiene mala relación calidad/precio. Además, mejor no dejar las llaves, porque, depende de quien te toque en recepción, te pueden hacer esperar a que una pareja haga el check-in completo antes de dártelas.

Los croissants del desayuno. La habitación que nos dieron en 2 ocasiones no correspondía con la foto de la página de booking, sensiblemente más pequeña. La nevera no funcionaba y no la arreglaron aunque lo pedí en varias ocasiones. La señorita de recepción (Vicky) aún teniendo todo el hotel vacío dado que era entre semana, no quería/podía darnos una habitación con cama doble como habíamos solicitado. La calle de subida al hotel está seriamente necesitada de asfaltar por la enorme cantidad de agujeros que tiene todo el trallecto de subida hasta la misma puerta del hotel. Es un hotel aceptable, siempre que no tengas grandes expectativas y no te dejes llevar por las fotos.

La ubicacion Spa escogi este hotel porque estaba en las pistas y por el spa pero resulta que no no funcionaba la sauna ni dos de las duchas de agua fria , total que solo iba la ducha aromatica I el jacuzzi ( el jacuzzi era bueno) nadie nos lo comento pero si pagamos por las instalaciones en condiciones no me gusto estuve dos dias en el hotel con la idea de utilizar el spa los dos dias y el segundo ya no lo hice

Su politica de cancelacion es Usurera. Un amigo se lesiono el hombro y por necesidad adelantamos la salida una noche, nos cobraron todo, incluido el desayuno del dia siguiente.He ido dos veces a este hotel , pero por su "actitud miserable " no volvere.

tiene unas vistas bonitas y se puede ir andando a la pista de cerler( unos 10minutos como mucho) La habitacion no es tan grande y bonita como parece en la foto, el spa y otros tratamientos son exageradamente caros y el servicio de traslado a pistas es escaso. Es una furgoneta de 6plazas que tarda un montón en hacer el recorrido. Creo que el precio que piden es exagerado para el servicio y calidad de habitaciones que tienen.

El paisaje muy bonito.La estación de esquí me ha gustado mucho. Los accesos al hotel están muy descuidados. Hay unos boquetes en la carretera de llegada impresionantes. La nieve de alrededor de la entrada no la quitan. El servicio de furgoneta a Pistas muy limitado, sólo funcionaba de 8,30 a 10 y de 15,30 a 17 si por cualquier motivo querías ir más tarde o volver antes era imposible, salvo que fueses en tu coche. Estando el hotel prácticamente vacío, hemos estado está semana, al solicitar poder dejar la habitación a las 2,30 para poder cambiarnos después de esquiar, "casualidad" esa tarde entraban otros clientes justo en la habitación que dejábamos nosotros "porque sino no había problema"previo pago de 20€. cosa que nos pareció muy poco amable por su parte, aunque lo dijeran con una sonrisa y con amabilidad. Sinceramente me pareció muy poco acogedor.

Lo mejor son las instalaciones, conhabitaciones amplias, muy limpias con unas vistas a la montaña muy buenas. El trato de parte del personal. Un día no pudimos subir a esquiar y pudimos comer en el hotel por que se negarona dar servicios de comidas.

Todo perfecto. Comodisimo para esquiar por el servicio de traslados a pistas. Cenamos una noche en el restaurante y no nos gusto mucho para el precio que tiene. Además alrededor no hay mucho donde elegir.
