The hotel is ideally connected to the city centre via a new metro stop - "Alameda de Osuna" (L5, a direct line to Gran Via). The hotel is also situated just 5 km from the IFEMA trade fair.

Nowhere did we find that the hotel was close to the (recent) metro station Alameda. Could have saved us taxi costs!!

We found the hotel very noisy due to the hard floor floors in the rooms. Carpet would of been a better option. I didnt really get much sleep and we had a very early flight.

The restaurant staff very rude. This resulted in our eating outside the hotel and not taking advantage of the inhouse restaurant for the 3 days we were there.

Check out in the morning was efficient and taxi waiting at very early hour

Not easy to order bus from airport and bunk beds were noisy and uncomfortable

The room was nice.

The service in the reception was very bad. The communication didn't function. I was very bad informed about the shuttle to the airport next morning. I was told that if I didn't take the shuttle at 6 o'clock, they couldn't tell me what time I could go. The shuttle and the connection to the airport was the only reason I chose the hotel. I ended up paying 22 euro for a taxi, so I didn't loose my flight. For me it does not seem organised that the shuttle does not go regularly 1-2 times in the hour and that you have to be lucky if there is a shuttle for You....What do you think Spanair will say to tahat if You arive late???!!!
