Enkelt hotel nära Madrids flygplats. Bra service med transport till och från flygplatsen.

Härligt med 3 dubbelsängar I ett rum på grund av stor familj för endast en övernattning då vi skulle vidare med flyg morgonen efter.

Med 3 dubbelsängar I ett rum, där man förmodligen skall bo många är det kanske inte så bra att dörren till toaletten är en glasdörr.

Långt ifrån flygplatsen stod 3 km stämmer ej Ingen frukost som det stod

Det var ett lugnt område nära tunnelbana och flygplats.

Duschen i badrummet fungerade dåligt. Reglagen var delvis trasig och alla dom små massage munstyckena var ur funktion. Golvet i badrummet var trasigt. Den stora skjutdörren till garderoben gick väldigt trögt att öppna, och det dammade mycket när man öppnade skjutdörren. Wifi koden funkade inte trotts att vi fick 2 st koder. Orkade inte be om en kod till. Mvh Morgan

The location was close to the airport. The parking was convenient.

I thought the hallways were dark. I could hear the people next to us walking around, showering, flushing, etc. The beds were uncomfortable.

Great hotel with on-site parking and only five minutes from the metro - and the airport. Great place to stay to enjoy your last night in Spain and dash off to the airport in the morning.

Would be nice if breakfast was served earlier to accommodate the early flights out of Barajas

The name of the hotel is High Tech Hotel and not petite palace. The cab driver did not know where it was. Cost us an extra 20 euros to find it

Recent name change was a little confusing as name was Hitech, not petit palace, hotel on sign at airport. Everything else was as expected.

Although I had my own computer, I think it is a good feature to find a computer available in your room.

The name of the hotel is not included in the list of hotels that provide Shuttle services at the exit of the Barajas Airport. I had to take a taxi by myself. I didn't like that it is not indicated in the website that the hotel has changed recently and is the same as the Hightech Hotel. Why question 5 asks if I would recommend madrid? What does madrid has to do with the petite palace?

Printer had no ink in it. For a family room the door to the bathroom was too transparent

The staff were quite helpful. The hotel amenities were as expected except for a busted laptop that would not work.

There were hotel guests who were very loud and their noise could be heard inside our room.

Lots of amenities available usually only in higher end hotels. However, I would not stay here again due to lack of air conditioning which made it impossible for me to sleep. Also I had to leave on a long trip without showering because of difficulty engaging shower faucet. Breakfast was included in rate which was a plus.

Had to call for airport shuffle. Driver didnt speak english. Orderd some food to my room for 25 euro hot a bif with some dry potato. No suace or sallad. Very poor. Not worth the money.

Hotel has changed names. Nowhere does it say Petit Palace. It is the Hightech Hotel which made finding it tough. Booked to be close to airport for an early flight and for low price. Booking showed we were to get free bottle of wine. Did not happen. Price to park, two salads and two not so great breakfasts cost more than a night at the hotel.

they are friendly also for pets. i use to travel with my little yorkie. the area was very calm.

Staff real friendly, we had all the information right at the front desk about transportation, places to go, places to eat, what to do, what not to do, etc.etc, the room was clean and price excellent!

rooms were too hot and no way to higher the temp I could not join the airport shuttle beacause in the morning (rush hour) there are just a few (i.e. 6,00 and the following one is 6,40). I had to pay 17 € for the taxi to make 2 Km to the airport

Very clean, comfortable facilities. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Laptop and internet in the room a real plus. Didnt get to use the pool or spa facilities as I was short for time, but they look great... altogether a good experience and hope to go there again in the future.

Good location, close to the airport with free shuttle. Breakfast for 9 Euros was quite good. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet was free and worked well.

Long wait for the airport shuttle at night. Shuttles were full in the morning so had to take one an hour earlier than wanted. Room was right near elevator and was quite loud at 5 am. Bathroom door to room is glass, so light shines in room.
