The hotel is perfect. Location, room, everything is perfect. High value for the price. I had read here that somebody have had problems with the internet but it is not true. You just need a password for every 24 hours anyway it is for free. Really great hotel!

Location. Young lady at reception helped me when I needed to contact police and for that I was grateful. Room was tiny. Air condition didnt work. Sheets were stained. Place needs an immediate refurbishment as it looks run down. Staff wasnt friendly at all. Recommend only for backpackers.

This hotel was perfect for me. I have stayed in Madrid a number of times and it has the right location at the right price. It's close to great bars and restaurants, and the nearby bars are Andalusian so tapas is free (some of it). Close to the nicer and pricier side of town with Prada etc nearby. Staff were friendly. Room was a little small but I wasn't in the hotel much so didn't mind. Had a great stay :)

I've been there for a night only, but I could discover that if you are going to the usa Embassy its just next to it. Not very far way from the center and museums. The stuff is fine. Young but trying their best. I left my belt at the room and they sent it to my home address what was very nice from them. The rooms are ok. Not big. Of course it is not as high tech as you can expect. May be before it used to be. Breakfast is good. You will have selection of fruits, chesses, ham, spanish jamón and chorizo. Omlette and sausages, corn flakes and different type of juices. Its fine for four star hotel. For shopping is ideal area! All brends you will find on the Serrano street and El Corte ingles is just on the left from the hotel. In general it is a good hotel! The only thing which is missing and its quite important is the printer at the client area and Adobe Acrobat must be downloaded for all the computers. Otherwise its very uncomfortable to send the e-mail to the hotel e-mail and then some of the stuff will open it and print it!!! Must be changed!

Good location in bairro Salamanca. The internet just worked in the first day (stay of 3 days), for a high tech hotel it's very poor. The shower wasn't working properly.

Great location and comfortable rooms (the bed is great). High tech look makes it different and somewhat funny. Wifi password and username need to be re-entered too often on each devise. Quite a pain.
