We travel a lot, but is the first hotel were actually we didn't like anything. Everything is just wrong there. The worst experience in a hotel, ever. We just refuse to believe that Hilton knows what's happening in this hotel and they still keep it open and allow them to use its name. The manager should go to a fiesta and never ever ever ever come back!
We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet, so we spent 1 hour in the lobby, with other 20 people waiting for their rooms. Personally, i never get my room so late, at 7 PM... At check in they got a 50Euros deposit, for the mini bar. This could be fine if you have a mini bar, but we haven't. By the way, is takes like forever to take the money back from them.
We finally got to our room ( 302 ) just to see the hand soap was open and used, the light at the entrance and half of the lamps aren't working.
Maybe i am wrong, but in a triple room you should get 3 towels, 3 glasses, 3 pillows, 3 blankets etc, while we had just 1 or 2 items from each thing. At list they gave us the 3rd bed..
The internet doesn't work properly and during the day, there are between 4 and 6 hours when the internet doesn't work at all. If you call them, the answer is always "yes, we know, in 15 minutes ...blabla... "
I have pictures from the breakfast with the dirty dishes they put there, but unfortunately i cannot attach them to my comment. Also, pictures with some black long hair on the cheese and some bug on the cucumbers.
There are some guys cooking omelettes for the guests, touching everything with their hands while they don't use gloves or something to cover their hair.
They have a waffle maker. Is the only thing people seems to like there, it also gave a lot of fun for the kids. But there is a 20 - 30 min queue. Instead of having 10 staff people around, doing nothing and looking through you, they could buy 1 more waffle maker.
