Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Gave me information on various attractions I didnt know about. Location was perfect in centre across from central market.

Very nice staff. All the people who work there were very helpful. Perfect location - the very heart of the city, just two minutes to the main tourist sites. Breakfast was okay, though quite basic. Very nice hotel design - it was a pleasure to look at.

It was said that there is free wi-fi. That's true, but it works only in the lobby which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, no hair drier and no safe in the room, which was also upsetting. The main thing - there is only on socket, and it' s in the bathroom!!! Nowadays when you have a lot of gadgets to be recharged at the night-time, it's a big inconvenience. But in general, our stay was very pleasant.

The location is perfect, you walk 5 minutes to the city center. Also we were happy to have a car park, directly under the hotel building. Otherwise parking would be impossible in the city center... The staff was super friendly. Wifi connection was excellent, much better than in any other hotel we stayed in Spain.

- The room was a bit small, but ok for the price. - There was only one roll of toilet paper, no replenishment, so it wasn't enough - this should really not happen in a hotel... - The breakfast was a bad joke. We ordered breakfast the day before, because then it is cheaper. Still they weren't prepared that breakfast will be needed, and since no other guest were taking breakfast, we were standing in the empty, dark room, without any food. A maid came soon and gave us toast, jam, butter, 4 (!) pieces of processed cheese slices, orange juice and coffee. That was it. No buffet, no selection option, à la "take-it-or-leave-it"... They seemed quite embarrassed about the whole situation, I guess we were really unlucky because no other people wanted a breakfast... Still a big disappointment... - The car park is very tight, it was a big challenge to park our car there without any scratches.

Excellent location close to historic centre, the market and the nightlife. Good value, well maintained 2 star hotel.

The parking space beneath hotel is very tight and limited but good underground parking beneath Plaza El Pilar 250 metres away.

I liked the location, price and the one member of the staff whose name I forgot, he was extremely helpful and nice.

Our room wasn't cleaned while we stayed there. One day I asked why and they told me the cleaning person leaves by 2-3:00pm. I know we left the room a bit later than usual guests, but still, we didn't know this rule and didn't have a problem at other places before. So, ask about cleaning!

Super center of this hotel. And just beside the Market

Hotel will not mention its offsite parking space. You have to ask and difficult to be reached if you are newbie of Zaragoza.

The hotel has a very friendly staff and is in a quiet location in the centre of Zaragoza. Breakfast was very good.

The internet does not function even in the lobby.

Despite being a bit difficult to find by car, (due to roadworks on the tram system) the hotel is well situated for the town center. The staff were friendly and more than helpful. the room we had was very clean and quiet, the bathroom was looking a little tired, be still clean. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again, and would recommend it to anyone.

very difficult to arrive at the hotel due to the construction of a city tramway systhem and even forbidden to reach the hotel by car when we arrived on 2012/10/13 which is definately not practical when you have some luggage . difficult to find to park our car nearby .

The staff were friendly and the size of the room was nice as was the ensuite for a budget hotel. It was very hot and the airconditioning was well up to the task

Sadly on the last night our room developed a very strange smell indded. We had noticed a very strong disinfectant smell the first two nights so wonder if they knew about the problem. When we told them they gave us the keps to another room without any comment which makes me suspect they have a recurring problem - whether just this room or not i don't know - however to be fair they sorted it out without a problem although it would hve been difficult if the hotel had been full. A temporary problem is that the road outside is shut while they are installing a tram which makes getting to the hotel a bit difficult although manageable with care.

Finding the correct Car park to use through the pre booked system was challenging!

Wonderful staff,very helpful indeed,great location and easy to find,well priced.
