1. No international T.V. 2. No roar signs. It took us almost 2 hours to find your hotel. Driving in & around Jaen. No body had a clue where you were situated. Except a police car!

Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable, well furnished and very stylish. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities. Bathroom worktop far too deep which makes it very difficult to apply make-up or shave. Our bathroom did not have a shaving/make up mirror although I know some of the bathrooms here have them. Did not like the constant television playing loudly with football. Would prefer music instead. Ate in the restaurant once, the food was not up to the standard it should have been and the football noise was off-putting. They need a separate, quiet restaurant area away from the television. Only 2 sets of lounging chairs in the foyer, in the dark area, so there was nowhere to sit and read outside of the rooms. Could not find anywhere to park in the centre of Jaen so were not able to visit the Banos Arabes as we wished.

Once we worked out how to get to the hotel off the freeway it was conveniently located for access to Granada, Cordoba and to the north. Rooms were quiet. Jaen great for tapas. Taxi to Jaen city was about 10 euro. Breakfast uninspiring but adequate.

We used this hotel as a stop over from Toulouse to Nerja. It is close to the motorway but is a little confusing as the sign outside does not read the same name as the hotel on booking.com. We had to go inside to confirm that it was the correct hotel. Facilities are great and food is fine too.

la limpieza, la habitacion amplia con terraza y el baño. Cuenta con parking gratuito. los zumos del desayuno son regulares, ya que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas te esperas zumos naturales. La ubicacion, porque se encuentra fuera de la ciudad.

Do conforto do quarto. O pequeno almoço é muito pobre para qualquer hotel ainda mais para um hotel de 4 estrelas. São poucas as opções quer de fruta, cereias, pão, etc. Inclusivé o leite e o café são solicitados a uma funcionária do bar.

El mejor hotel de Jaén sin ninguna duda. Instalaciones excepcionales destacando las deportivas y para la realización de eventos; hotel tranquilo y sin ruidos; habitaciones grandes, modernas, con buen baño y sin falta de ningún tipo de detalle; trato exquisito del personal y excelente restaurante. Sin mas me voy ENCANTADO. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. No hay ningun pero que se le pueda poner

En general todo está muy bien. llevábamos la opción de habitación y desayuno, y esa noche no nos apeteció acercarnos a Jaén a cenar y pudimos comprobar los buenos precios que tienen en cafetería. No tiene puntos negativos
