The hotel itself was very aesthetically pleasing, the food was good and the staff were all friendly. The location! We got the bus to Torrellano and had to walk for about an hour as it was late at night and there were no more buses to the hotel. Perhaps there should be some kind of shuttle service since the hotel itself is excellent. |

The hotel was very quiet The location of the hotel, you should make it very clear that this hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate. Opening hours of the restaurant both in the morning and the evening. The distance away from the nearest town if you do not have a car, the cost of taxis was extortionate and the hotel didn't care |

Excellent very helpful staff, very quiet and comfortable rooms, internet access, good design -- all in all a super value. If you need a quiet sleep after staying up late in the old towns, this is the place. Easy access to Alicante with a car. The hotel is hard to find and the signage is inadequate. Be sure to get good directions from the hotel before you set out for this gem. Google maps are good, but highway signs may not match directions. |

We made our booking on the the same day as our arrival + we had a very very late arrival (3 am). Potentially these 2 factors may cause a lot of trouble in hotels (non-existing booking, no-show booking etc.) but at this hotel it was no problem at all and everyting went very smoothly! Nice hotel, very new and comfortable. In the middle of an 'industrial park' but very close to the airport. The night manager set our wakeup call 30 minutes too late; ouch! |
