Comfortable room, clean. Close to the airport and free shuttle bus.

Very rude staff in the restaurant. No Banklink. Hard to find the hotel, signs hidden behind trees and scrubs. Long time to get coffee in the morning.

When I made the reservation online I chose the "sofa bed + 1 large double" option. At the hotel we were given the "two twin" option. When we asked to switch rooms, there were only smoking double rooms. Plastic cover underneath sheets are very uncomfortable, and make you wake up sweating

Very practical for business with the Bilbao airport proximity and shuttle, as well as the restaurant availability. Prices are moderate with a very good value for the money.

Reasonable for one night stay before an early start from the airport. Clean and in a way designer style. The parking is large and free. Free transfer to and from the airport is available every 15 mins from early morning till late evening.

The meals in the restaurant were too fancy, which made them in my opinion just average, if I'm supposed to assess the taste. The breakfast, although included in the price, was rather poor - typically "continental".

Friendly, warm welcome. Availability of food until 23.00 - good for late arrivals, close proximity to airport, cleanliness, good design and furnishings, excellent breakfast area and food, good parking facility.

The price for a family room including (decent) breakfast; excellent value. Proximity to Guernica and Bilbao.

Far too hot in the room, a/c didn't work, with window open it was quite noisy with late arrivals (we were right above the frontdoor of the hotel), preventing a good night's sleep. When mentioned at reception the next morning, they seemed aware of the problem ("heating works, a/c not").

Staff were very welcoming. Hotel was convenient for an early flight. Fortunately, hotel put on an early breakfast buffet for those of us catching the first shuttle at 5.30. Beds were really comfortable and room was large enough to accommodate us and all our luggage. Bathroom was well appointed and shower was good.

Bathroom design (with glass wall) throws light into the sleeping area. And there was no way to keep the shower from wetting most of the bathroom floor. Restaurant food was good but overpriced. Don't trust the pay scales in the lobby; weighed our luggage just before we went to the airport but were unpleasantly surprised when the bags weighed several kilos more when we checked them in.

Brand new hotel, modern, clean. Very good locality for business travellers - few minutes from the airport.

The room was quite hot but the aircon system did not work. I had to open the window, which was not so comfortable due to proximity of the airport and the highway. The staff explained in the morning that airconditioning is switch off during autumn and that the previous sunny day heated the southern side of the building too much. Not the best explanation. Also the breakfast offer was rather limited

Convenience for airport and for visiting the City of Bilbao. We thought the hotel was good value and good standard compared with lots of other airport hotels we have stayed at.

Very close to the airport, we were flying to gran canaria & we used the hotel the night before departure & on returning, great value for our family 2 adults & 2 children as breakfasts were included. We eat in the hotel restaurant on returning food was great & well priced though the service wasnt so good.

Room was hot & there was no way to bring the temp down. If you have kids dont let flick through the channel as they will get a glimpse of the porn channel.

The shower head would not stay in place. The room was so hot from the daytime sun that we had to leave the windows and drapes open all night in an attempt to cool down the room. Due to the open windows and drapes the outside lights and noise level we were not able to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls were inadequately soundproofed and every noise, including creaky beds, from adjoining rooms could be clearly heard.

The web information about the location of the hotel needs improving. The postal code was unable to be found by our GPS, the co-ordinates are wrong. It would be easy to improve the directions for finding the hotel by simply saying drive to the airport terminal, and continue on road back towards Bilbao for about 800 metres and turn off to the right.

Nicest airport hotel I've stayed in - very close to airport but not on flight path so very quiet - we even had the window open! pleasant surroundings. Rooms reasonably spacious, beds, pillows very comfortable, shower good breakfast reasonable, and food in adjoining restaurant excellent - so don't hesitate to arrive for dinner the night before you fly convenient on demand transfer to airport in free shuttle bus

Incredibly convenient right next to the airport. Nice clean rooms, great value for money and very handy if you arrive late in the evening at the airport.

My wife and I were impressed with the courtesy of all the employees we came in contact with both at the front desk and the restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms and being able to watch television programs in various languages was a plus.

The only dislike was the fact that when we booked we did not have the ability to request the type of room we would like. The option to have either twin beds, a double or queen size bed would be a wonderful option. While I realize that room prices could dictate this decision I nevertheless feel it should be offered.
