Ideally located for the airport, staff friendly and spoke good English, room and bathroom hygiene very good, tea and coffee making facilities in room were greatly appreciated and overall price was reasonable

Check in process was overlong - may have been an IT problem , dining area very spartan in the evening but ok for breakfast, biggest issue was the "rip off" taxi charge from the airport terminal (16 euros !),a courtesy bus would be far preferable - as provided by other airport hotels in places like Dublin.

Location regarding acces to airport. Alltough just close to airport very quite. Very nice rooms with high standard and thee/coffe making facilities in room.

great airport hotel, don't need over priced taxi - very short walk from airport! Very clean modern room (2 adults & 2 children). Free breakfast basic but fine. Bar open until 1am (an ice cold beer after a late flight!) Late check-out.

This hotel is ideal for an early flight from Malaga, since it is very near the airport.

They should provide some sort of breakfast even for a very early check-out due to flight early departure when breakfast is a part of a booking.

Clean, friendly staff

I was offered and asked for 2 single beds plus a sofa bed online. When I arrived I was told that this did not exist. So I had to share a double bed with my 15 year old daughter.

It was cheap and filled a necessary evening hole in our travelling arrangements between bubion and a very early morning flight from malaga.

Not brilliantly easy to find. We actually found it straight away, but didn't realise, so carried on for another half an hour.

The room was modern, clean comfortable bed and pilows, coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The location demands a bus trip or taxi from the airport - the bus stop is a little distance away and although the bus trip quite short ( 8 minutes) you struggle if you have anything other than a small bag to carry. There is not a lot of options for eating on the estate the hotel is located and the restaurant facilities are limited in numbers so be prepared to wait if you need a table. Breakfast is an absolute shambles with limited facilities and everyone trying to eat at the same time,, I also noted a notice in the lift indicating that the breakfast will be at 7 if low, 8 if medium or 9 if high capacity.. I ate at seven and had to queue for breakfast by which time glasses had run out, the fruit had all gone and one coffee machine was empty -- not good . As far as the room is concerned then the hotel has waste/scrub land behind and there was enough moisture to mean that opening the windows simply invited mosquitoes into the room, there is air conditioning but do not open the window. All in ok for the reason we booked but next time given the underground rail from the airport runs every 20 minutes I would stay at other hotels in malaga near the train station and use the railway.. If you are using the bus then you catch the a bus from outside terminal 3 and it costs 3 euros to the stop near the hotel. Buses run in theory every twenty minutes. Trains run also every twenty minutes from the station at the airport and it is abut ten minutes in to malaga. At malaga train station there are left luggage at 4 euro all day so if you want to explore leave the luggage and walk.
