Boutique Hotel Holos  

The hotel was in a gorgeous upper class neighborhood a five minute taxi ride from the city centre with a wonderful restaurant 10seconds walk from it's front door. The staff could not have been more helpful, considering we travelled with our 8 month old daughter, they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They recommended local restaurants, organized breakfasts for us, sorted taxi firms, local parking and even a route back to the airport. We hope to return soon!

Carmen, the owner of the hotel, was very accommodating in every way and was a great help with planning the visit and supplying background info on the city, culture, food, activities.

We stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of September and wouldn't hesitate to return to Hotel Holos. We found the owner a really nice person, fluent in English, who was extremely helpful on what to do and where to go, eg a superb Flamenco show, places to visit and restaurants to dine at. Nothing was too much trouble for her and the welcoming gifts of a fan for the lady, Panama for the man and poems with a chocolate each day were an unexpected bonus. Spotlessly clean in a pleasant and peaceful neighbourhood, nice traditional Spanish breakfast and with bus transport to town centre near at hand although we enjoyed the walk each day. Nothing at all.

Everything. Carmen our host was just fantastic. She went out of her way to help us with everything from our lost luggage to buying tickets for the Alhambra. She treated us to wine for my birthday. She told us about the bullfighters and where to see them and about great restaurants and tourist spots. She was our port in the storm. She has a comforting charm about her. The rooms are charming too. They are soft in colour and the beds are comfortable. There are lovely little sayings to soothe you when you go to sleep. And the colourful toiletries and the beautiful scents. It just makes you want to stay. Especially after you have their delicious breakfast of toast topped with olive oil and fresh tomatoes and a glass of fresh orange juice. You will enjoy your visit at Hotel Holos.

The woman who ran the hotel was fantastic! She gave us wonderful recommendations of places to go and eat in Seville. She was so friendly and helpful, and planned a great bike-ride outing for us.

I liked the ambiance: a mix of very modern rooms together with a feeling of cosiness. Staff is very attentive to guests' needs.

Great small quiet hotel. Great people. Would stay here again.

Habitaciones pequeñas.

Cuando bajamos a desayunar no tenian puesta la calefaccion y la habitacion fue un cubito de hielo hasta que se calentó. La atención de su personal que tan amable se suponen que eran lo fueron, pero por sus pocas palabras...apenas nadie hablaba a no ser que interactuaras con ellos. Mucha frialdad tanto la estancia como su personal.

Le volume, la luminosité et la déco de la chambre, une grande salle de bain. Les petites attentions tous les jours (petits cadeaux de bienvenue, des citations sur l'oreillers, ...). Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : tout simplement excellent. L'accueil est souriant, professionnel et en français! On se croierait dans un b&b et pas un hôtel! Un petit plus : possibilité de louer des vélos sur place. Hôtel très calme, un peu excentré mais pas trop : à 15 min de bus du centre ville et 20 min de vélo.

Un tout peti bémol (l en faut bien un!) : parking fermé à disposition (15e/j) mais un peu loin (5min à pied) et clés à chercher et à rendre à la réception à chaque entrée-sortie.
