Great hotel in an ideal location. 3 min walk to the old town and in the middle of the shopping district just outside. Staff were very helpful and good Internet. Breakfast was a little boring, but enough to get you through

This is a very clean, tidy, well-kept hotel. It is in a good position, near to the old city of Santiago, and very near to the airport bus stop. The room was quite spacious for a hotel in this location. Our rate, through booking.com, was very good value. WiFi is available, but with limited range within the hotel. I would have preferred to have access within the room, but the signal was too weak to be reliable.

Su ubicación, el trato recibido y el precio. Es admirable el esfuerzo y la imaginación de la familia que lo dirige para crear un hotel entrañable y funcional en un sitio "original". No dejen de preguntar a la señora del hotel por dos de las mejores confiterías de Santiago: están cerca y sus tartas de Santiago son excelentes, aunque hay que pagarlas.

Es un hotel que está muy bien, muy céntrico, a unos 10 minutos andando de la catedral de santiago, pero a la vez suficientemente alejado del ruido que puede haber en el propio casco viejo. El personal de hotel muy amable. De hecho, al salir del hotel, comentamos los amigos que si volvemos a Santiago, será nuestra primera opción.

Relación calidad precio un diez: muy cerca del centro, habitación amplia, cama firme, ascensor, desayuno aceptable. Por poner alguna pega, la tele es muy chiquita y antigüa.

La habitación era grande y cómoda. Buenos ventanales a la calle. Con el frío que hacía durante el día, no me explico que apagasen la calefacción (ha sido en febrero). Además, el bufet del desayuno era muy humilde, salvo cereales y bollería barata, no había mucho más para elegir. Faltaba por lo menos algo de jamón york, queso, bacon, croissants... Lo que te ponen en cualquier otro sitio.

No me ha gustado los colchones de muelles de las habitaciones, que ya están bastante anticuados. Ni me han gustado las televisiones con tdt y dos mandos, les hace falta unas pantallas planas y algo más grande del tamaño que tienen, pues se hace pequeña la visión desde la cama.

A localização é o ponto mais atraente deste hotel. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, mas bem conservada. As camas e o banheiro são razoáveis. Nas quadras próximas ao hotel existem pequenos mercados onde podemos encontrar pães, frutas etc... Ele está próximo ao centro histórico onde fica a catedral de Santiago. Os funcionários/proprietários são muito atenciosos. Conforme descrito em outros comentários, o café da manhã é simples, poucos pães, sem frutas, queijo ou presunto. Ele possui uma boa quantidade de bolos e biscoitos doces. Outro ponto que nos chamou atenção é que a calefação nos quartos diminuia durante a noite.

Está céntrico, es limpio y sus trabajadores son amables Prometían una wifi que sabían, con seguridad (pude comprobarlo) que no llegaba a la habitación. Y no sólo ocurría con la mía oí a otra persona protestar. Eso, yendo por temas de trabajo, es muy grave pues tenemos que trabajar, siendo absurdo que nos inviten a que lo hagamos todos en recepción. Cuando sea por trabajo ya sé lo que hay y no volveré
