Hotel Horreo  

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the location was superb. We were looking forward some quiet days to visit family and we really got that! We stayed on a room in the backside of the hotel. The views were not great, but it was super- quiet and we enjoyed that. The staff would go the extra mile to make your stay nice. They, for example, made our room out of hours when we stayed in bed late, we did not expect that.

To say something, the breakfast was basic, it did not have fresh fruit. For me that is a downside. In any case, we were grateful to have some breakfast on Christmas Day, really difficult to get in a bar in Santiago de Compostela!

This is a very clean, tidy, well-kept hotel. It is in a good position, near to the old city of Santiago, and very near to the airport bus stop. The room was quite spacious for a hotel in this location. Our rate, through booking.com, was very good value.

WiFi is available, but with limited range within the hotel. I would have preferred to have access within the room, but the signal was too weak to be reliable.

The room was a perfect size, clean and tidy. The location was just right, between the old and new town but above all the staff were friendly efficient and very helpful. A great place to stay

Hotel estupendo para pasar un fin de semana en Santiago. La ubicación es excepcional, a un paso del centro pero fuera del centro. Hay un parking muy cerca y mucha zona azul. Dan desayuno lo cual no es habitual en estos tiempos. Muy recomendable.

Lo que más me ha gustado, es su ubicación, está en el centro de la ciudad!!! La habitación, estaba muy bien y muy limpia, todos los muebles nuevos. Nos dieron el tipo de cama que le pedimos.

La recepcionista nocturna, no era muy amable, llegamos a las 5 de la mañana y tuvimos que estar llamando un montón de veces y cuando apareció, no tenía cara de buenos amigos. Y después que nos toca una habitación en un ático sin persianas, así que, en cuanto amaneció toda la luz encima nuestra, imposible dormir.

Comodidad, tranquilidad y un personal muy dedicado.

El desayuno, muy abundante pero con poca variedad

La situación del hotel es excelente. Se encuentra muy cerca del centro, de la parada del autobús que comunica con el aeropuerto y también de la estación de trenes. La habitación era bastante amplia con calefacción regulable y televisión, y el baño estaba bien equipado. Además, el desayuno era más que suficiente teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel: tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada, yogures, cereales, café, leche, pastas...

No había secador de pelo en el baño y la señal de wifi no llegaba a la habitación.

No hay cobertura wifi en las habitaciones.

Nada, o muy poco; se le define mejor cómo pensión que cómo hotel. Llegamos a la una del medio día y tenían aún la habitación sin hacer; nos dejaron dejar la maleta. Cuando volvimos, aún estaban paseando la ropa de las camas en el ascensor. Con ésto, creo que queda dicho todo.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, 100% recomendable.
