It's a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. The location is good.

The staff was very nice in a kind of relaxed way, too relaxed for a 4 star hotel. They do not have the service of a 4 star hotel (reception unattended at times, breakfast service very slow, etc).

Location in the pedestrianised part of the old city. The room was excellent although lacking a bath. Breakfast was fine.

Quite tricky to find. The restaurant was either non existent or closed. Quite expensive for what it was. During same hols stayed in 2 star hotels for almost half the price with better location, equally comfortable rooms and good restaurants. Wouldn't stay again

Helped us arrange a ride to Puente la Reina so that we could hike back on the Camino the next day.

We forgot something in the restaurant and the hotel brought the item free of charge to our next hotel 20km further, we were so delighted.

Great location in the centre of the old tiwn. Beautifully restored building. I'd stayed here before but don't remember it being so noisy with sounds carrying from rooms either side and the hallways.

Wonderful quiet location close to the town centre.

Pretentious atmosphere not up to 4 star category. Chic fittings didn't work, wifi didn't work, no bath and no minibar to drown my sorrows.

The town is charming, the hotel is beautiful and right in the center of the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. This is truly a find. The countryside around Estella is fascinating too.

finding the hotel was difficult for our GPS and it did not ever really find it. We had to call and they had to guide us there. It may have to do with the address of the hotel and the inability of the GPS to correctly interpret this. Once there, everything was great.

Lovely view over the street. Very fine buffet breakfast.

We initially only got one wifi pin code so could only use a single device. When we asked, however, a 2nd pin code was provided so we could both connect.

Very friendly, interesting helpful staff. Lovely comfortable modern room in old world building across from church dating to 12th century. Good location in interesting small town with great character.

    We only stayed one night.
