The room was very well equipped and comfortable

Breakfast was not up to the same standard as the hotel and could be easily remedied at little extra cost. We ate in the hotel in the evening but there was very little choice. Maybe not enough people eat there to be able to keep food. It was very quiet when we were there.

The Hotel is a converted underground tank, between a convent and a church, with a wealth of history, The staff go out of their way to explain the history behind the hotel , this is a non profit making establishment all the proceeds going to charity. The rooms are uniquely designed, and have a boutique hotel feel about them.

The break fast was dreadful. I must say that it must be the worse breakfast I have ever had... a tiny toasted roll and a coffee!... the Hotels restaurant is not open all the time so if you need anything you have to make the journey into town.

The lighting in the room was really poor ! With all lights on I still could not see much I had to leave the bathroom door open and light on but it was still very poor lighting .

Very nice room, quiet location. Tastefully decorated. Privacy. Ease of parking. Close to town and facilities.

Very poor breakfast. Was asked what we wanted, but didn't know what was on offer. Staff could have been more helpful.

The hotel had a very nice feel and staff were plesant and helpfull. Rooms I think ours was very good if I have one critisim the breakfast could ge better. I would recomend the hotel.

Beautifully restored building. We had a big room, very nice location and views. Breakfast was OK.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, and the Wifi signal very poor.

L'ambiente è veramente particolare. Le camere bellissime. L'atmosfera antica. Un albergo diverso che fa sognare di aver avere una casa simile a qull'albergo.

Tantos escalones y un poco escaso el desayuno

Prestations dans l'ensemble très correctes pour le prix, personnel très serviable, très bonne situation pour visiter Osuna à pied, possibilité de parking proche et gratuit.

Petit déjeuner réduit au minimum.

El personal muy agradable en todo momento

Falta de personal, nula atención, cutre desayuno, nula limpieza, sin toallas y sin nadie a quien pedírselas y además demasiado caro para el NO servicio.

Todo. El estilo, cada habitación con su personalidad. Las dos que ví ambas amplísimas. El personal muy amable. El desayuno, continental, pero con zumo exprimido al momento y tostada rcién hecha con un aceite de primera. Y el sitio perfecto para visitar la Osuna monumental (y a pesar de eso con aparcamiento alrededor).

Por poner un pero, la iluminación de las habitaciones es un poco tenue (todo luces indirectas).

La ubicación, la simpatía de sus empleados.

El colchón era demasiado blando y me hundía.

El sitio ubicado muy bonito, el trato del personal muy familiar y entrañable. El detalle de no cobrar el primer dia que no pude ir por problemas y sin decir nada lo excluyeron de la cuenta.

Por poner alguna pega, el desayuno muy pobre. Aumque el personal puso de su parte e intentar hacerlo lo mejor.

El precio,la habitación en general,el desayuno justito pero por el precio en conjunto está bien.La tranquilidad.

El precio del desayuno que tuvimos que pagar de mi hija. Un zumo de piña,colacao y tostada , creo que 3,30 euros. En la limpieza se les olvidó vaciar la papelera del wc

Piccolo hotel di charme in posizione strepitosa. La nostra suite, elegantissima, aveva un grande terrazzo privato. Calorosissimo il benvenuto da parte delle signore Chani ed Incarna e del sig. David. Breakfast essenziale ma di buona qualità. Ristorante chiuso per la cena in inverno.

Il piccolo televisore, complesso da far funzionare e con pochi canali. Ma sicuramente nella bella stagione è inutile. Segnale wireless troppo debole in camera.

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación del hotel, la tranquilidad del lugar y el diseño de todo el hotel.

Solicitamos cama matrimonio y nos encontramos con dos camas, escaso personal y el desayuno muy básico.

Fizeram o upgrade do quarto devido à disponibilidade. O Ambiente é fantástico. É uma excelente opção para quem se dirige de Granada para Sevilha.

O pequeno almoço foi medíocre, apesar do excelente café, só havia pão e quando pedi outra embalagem de manteiga já não havia. Foi suficiente para estragar a excelente imagem que tinha construído.
