Very good location. Very clean. Staff was great.

Our room received very limited natural light.

The location was superb, easy reach of all what old town has to offer. Staff were mainly friendly & helpfull.

Asked for a double bed however got 2 singles. Room over entrance & reception, constant noise. A rude female waitress

Ambiance and location. In the old part of the city, close to the harbour and the Atlantic ocean. Very nicely decorated, great roof terrace.

The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a lot of great tips. He even helped us to change rooms. I'm referring to the one with glasses, the other ones wouldn't even say hello back. The location is great, it's close to everything and the street is really popular. Might get too noisy is the summer.

The food was terrible in the evening . The steak was very tough and grossly No buffet breakfast available

the hotel was nice and cosy, rooms decorated in the interesting revolutionary manner :), which was appealing. room was cleaned daily, the evening before my departure I found candies on the table with "Sweet dreams" wish:). another pleasant thing was that they actually let me check in at 13.00 instead of 14.00, as it says in the hotel rules.

Very poor breakfast and uncomfortable (also I'say rather short) bed

The hotel room was clean although a little on the small side, the shower was minute and you had to open the doors to turn around. Television facilites were poor, however wi-fi access was good in the room.

The area was not good to find restaurants so we ate in the hotel and after we had ordered our food we observered the chef putting out a cigarette as he was coming out of the kitchen, as smoking is no longer allowed in public areas in Spain we were very suprised!!!! The food was also very basic and lacking in imagination, not what we expected of a tourist city.
