The location was great, walking distance to the old town. Very comfortable beds. Modern decor and great room size. No in room facilities to make tea and coffee. |

The staff were outstanding. We dealt with a number of the staff and they were all very helpful and polite. Even opening the bar just for us late in the evening, not once but twice. The hotel did not have any umbrellas for guest, which was very disappointing as we had a couple of very wet days. |

The rooms are of mixed size and we were allocated a very small room. I would suggest that if this happens to you that you asked to be moved. We did and were allocated a much larger one. |

Nice surroundings, I liked the look of the hotel. Very nice breakfast. Quiet. Never anyone working behind the bar. The hotel says it has a library but the staff could´t tell us where! Poor information about times of breakfast, the restaurant etc. The same tune (music) was played abslolutely all the time (I stayed there for a week). In general: The hotel MUST do something about the service level. There were a few people working in the restaurant that were very nice and did a really good job. |
