The Del Lago hotel is located 650 ft from the center of Puigcerdà, across from the town’s lake. The property has a free spa with indoor swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 116 reviews Very good
The family-run Hotel del Prado is set just outside Puigcerdà, in the Cerdanya region of the Catalan Pyrenees. It offers free Wi-Fi, and a spa with outdoor jacuzzi and sauna.

The Hotel Esquirol boasts a truly unique location in the town of Llivia, in the Spanish Pyrenees, but entirely surrounded by France. It is only 1 mile from the main border between Spain and France.

On the grounds of Cerdanya Royal Golf Club, in the Pyrenees, this peaceful hotel offers air conditioned rooms with wonderful views and satellite TV. It has a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Score from 80 reviews Very good
Secure car park for our older cars and good leisure centre.
Trip into town is a bit down market.
Beautiful location beside the lake
Car Park lighting system. Quality of cooked breakfast was cold and stale. Route from room to spa.
The hotel has nicely decorated rooms overlooking a beautiful garden. The receptionist gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant as the hotel restaurant was closed.
We chose the hotel based on the fact that it advertises with a gourmet restaurant. The restaurant was closed for dinner and fully booked for lunch. Bathroom was moldy and parts of the walls and doors were damaged, which you don't expect in a 5 star hotel.
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room although small, was in the old building and charming, and perfectly adequate for our needs. Great lunch overlooking the lake. Nice breakfast buffet.
No English programs on the TV. No Cnn. No BBC. Just one would have been acceptable. Not so keen on the vanities in the bathroom - however one has to bear in mind this was the old building and retrofitted.
The hotel was really beautiful, staff very friendly, the spa is great. The location is excellent, by the lake and very close to the center. Breakfast is awesome, in a dinning room with views to the lake.
The wifi signal was not working in hour room.
Excellent staff, very attentive. Location next to the lake very impressive. Food in restaurant excellent
Location and darkness of rooms in annex. We expected more from a five-star hotel.
Room was excellent, Location was absolutely beautiful. Check in / check out staff were most professional.
Very helpfull staff
The spa area was great, as we stayed on a Sunday we were almost alone. The room was very pretty and cozy with some nice details. It is a stylish yet charming hotel. Different to what you would expect from a 5* chain hotel. The restaurant had beautiful views to the lake, lovely for breakfast. The staff were helpful.
The restaurant was closed on a Sunday evening, probably due to the low season for the area. It would be helpful if they mention this on the fine print.
very comfortable. beautiful hotel . bed fabulous. .
lots of ants in room at night. no windows in room only door which you couldn't leave open as it was on to the path way passing apartment.
Location is perfect beside the lake in the city center.
parking price too excessive. We parked on the street. Breakfast quality, far away from a 5 stars. Breakfast hours from 8 to 10 is too short for a Sunday. Bar attendant wasn't there most of the time. Restaurant prices were excessive as well, we went out for dinner to excellent restaurants at walking distance. We went with a promotional deal, so relation price / service was OK, but don't expect a 5 stars international standard.
Beautiful setting. Lovely building
Air-conditioning in bedroom not working. Expensive secure parking
the panorama the staff the location
bathtub had mold children could not use the pool after 5 pm!!! (when we got back after skiing)
1. Quiet and convenient location to chill out; 2. Restaurant and food quality, and service, but expensive 3. Secure parking, but expensive; 4. Adjacent bird park and lake quite idyllic.
A bit pricey. May explain why it was not choked with guests at this time of year (winter). No mini-bar. But this would have been expensive anyway! No pond views at breakfast (as advertised)-instead housed in a cellar.
Very well located in downtown Puigcerdà and next to the lake, nice renovated villa.
The restaurant was not open and there wasn't even a room service to ask for a sandwich as a light dinner. The staff didn't offer any alternatives either. Unbelivable for a 5 Star Hotel.
We were comfortable in the annex of the villa as there are two types of rooms, in the villa itself and in the new annex. The bed was comfortable, really liked the bathroom, with the separate shower room, bath tub and a separate toilet. A touch of luxury indeed. Nice complementary products, shower gel etc. Even tooth brush and paste and a shaving razor. Bathrobe and slippers too. The place is really nice, close to the centre, beautiful pond views from the restaurant. Parking possible in the streets nearby, less than 3 min walk from the hotel, even though it was high season, skiing etc. Puigcerda is really nice to visit for a couple of days, especially by night the centre is charming and very lively. The best skiing resort nearby is Font Romeu. There was only little artificial snow in La Molina and Masella and too many people. In Font Romeu there was a lot of snow, fewer people and a great sledging track.
That one has to pass through the street to go to the reception, spa or restaurant. The hotel parking is expensive. Expensive restaurant, even for a 5 star hotel, but many restaurants around. We made use of a special offer, otherwise the hotel is generally too expensive, and, in our opinion, the real price does not justify the services.
Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had sth fir everyone. with a beautiful view on the lake.
