Super location for a conference. Not bad for barca if you have a car. A luxorious room with complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. You do need a car. A pool would improve it. |

Modern style of the hotel, fancy appliances. Relatively close to the metro station, which takes you in 5 min to Pl. Espana metro station. Carrefour is also close by, within a shopping mall. Safe area. Free shuttle from and to the Barcelona airport. |

Nothing that stands out apart from free WiFi. The room was not very clean when I arrived. There were stains and dust all over the place. The walls were a little destroyed which shouldn't be for a 4 star. The room service prices were outrageous. 10 Euros for a ham and cheese sandwich or 18 euros for a hamburger is just not right. Beds on wooden floor with wheels causing it to slide. Very modern look but not really comfortable. |

I used to like the modern design but everything looked so worn out to me this time. First of all, this not the hotel for winter. Why? Simply the room is cold. When I arrived my room was around 17 C.After I told the reception that there is something wrong with the heating they changed my room. Guess what? New room was the same. They checked the heating system and told me that it was working. They even changed the control panel. In 4 hours, the room's temperature raised up to maximum 19 C. My further complaints didn't bring any solution. The staff was not friendly at all. I also observed this in my previous stay.Just in case you have to stay in the hotel in winter, the hairdryer is usefull to raise the temperature 1-2 C. more. |

The best design I have ever seen in a hotel room. Very modern. Nice brakfast. The staff is neither good nor bad. The girl in the reception was having a bad day I guess. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Taxi is a must if you have too much to carry. It costs 25 EUR if you are flying from the new terminal (terminal 1). So you should also consider that when you are calculating the costs of the room. The hotel doesn'thave a shuttle service from the airport. |

a bus stop (from the airport) and a metro station (to the city) close by, a huge shopping mall nearby for restaurants, nice and professional english speaking staff, big room with all glass face for a reasonable price. the shuttle to the airport was not running (no shuttle in october) but they provided a shuttle on one of our trips to the airport anyway. modern design in rooms try's so hard to be hip but results are more annoying than trendy. even with metro, you are still 20 minutes from the city, so not perfect if you want to be in barcelona at night, which we did not. I would still reccomend overall. Short ride to the airport. |

Modern, Niche, clean. Best value for your money. Free wireless internet, complimentary mini bar, and airport shuttle. Friendly staff who speak English well. A little bit outside of old city but very close to metro and it only takes 15 minutes by metro. |

Room very comfortable They eliminated the airport shuttle after we made reservation (our selection of hotel based on this shuttle convenience) and gave us a hard time to arrange free ride based on our flight schedule. Male employee at desk rude and disappeared. We sought out hotel manager who resolved the issue. |

It is a business congress hotel but it doesn't have even a desk. Drinks in the fridge are free, 2 or 3 bottles max in it. During my two weeks stay they just put 2 little smal pieces of low quality soap, then I had to go to the supermarket and buy some.During my stay I went up to my room and I couldn't open it, then went down to the reception, the explanation was that I had to pay my invoice because it was over 5oo Euros. Just ridiculous. |They could be more polite and professional, advising me about their way to get paid. Not friendly at all. This hotel company has to learn how to manage a hotel. They do not have any idea. |
