rooms that are no smokers shouldn't smell of cigarettes.

The room was spacious and clean and well appointed

They allow smoking so there was lingering tobacco smell sometimes very strong in hallways. Also there were loud patrons in other rooms at odd night time hours

location close to the airport, big rooms, friendly staff

no soap in the bathroom

Location: this has to be the main reason for staying here; only 10 mins walk from the airport terminal. It was fine as a reasonably cheap and cheerful airport stopover, and was clean and had a comfy bed.

Dodgy shower: the door to the shower was loose and the shower-head didn't fit properly in its wall-bracket.

You can hear everything what your neighbours do (even what they do in toilet), what is going in corridor or if someone enter hotel even hotel is near airport, you need taxi to reach it (for me it cost 12 euro, as it was sunday 4.30 am ) staff almost do not speak english, so not easy get necessary information (good that in night time was english speaking staff)

Very comfortable for a hostel. Good location if you are looking for a hostel near airport. Easiest way to get there is to take metro, ride one stop and walk 600meters and you are there.

Proximity to airport. Value for money. Reasonable service at reception desk. Warm room ( outside temperature was about +2C at night). Quet location.

Toilet in the corridor though well equipped (even with bidet) and clean. Map on their website was not expandable. Small details on the map did not allow to identify exact location (had to go to Google maps). No wifi.

Very small room. I booked with a bathrrom but got only a shower with a broken door. Underfurnished and underdecorated. The bed was old and falling appart, but the sheets seem clean. The corridors were narrow (I wonder how they were approved)

Their staffs are poor in communication. It surprises me that their staffs cannot communicates in English and this hampered my stay in their hotel because I need some vital info from their staffs about connection from hotel to real-madrid stadium in order to watch Champion league. However, I could not go and watch it... I guess in Hotels, there should be receptionists that can communicate in different languages like English, French , German or swedish

Hotel staff was very helpuful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the big plus was wlaking distance from Barajas airport. I would definitely recommend the hotel for those who needs to stay in Barajas overnight.

It was close by, the staff was helpful. The room was very nice and spacious. High Speed internet was wired to each room and ethernet cables were provided so that was very nice. We were only staying one night to fly out in the morning so we were not there long. The rates for the rooms are great

The air conditioning was non functioning in our room so it was incredibly hot. I booked this hotel thinking it could be walked to the airport (it could have been but it is on very busy roads similar to an interstate and there is hardly any shoulder to walk on at some points) so we had to take a taxi. Given that the taxi ride ended up being about 10 euros each way (5 for a half mile drive plus a 5 euro airport surcharge) that ends up being 20 Euros added on to the price of the rooms for a trip there and back. I had chosen this hotel trying to save money thinking a short cab ride might just be 4 or 5 euros tops and that we could walk to the airport leaving the hotel. Had I known it would be that much and that the air wouldnt work I probably would have booked another hotel for 20 euro more with a free shuttle.

Convenient for the airport . Allowed me to sleep for 6 hours while waiting for my connecting flight. Perfect walking distance to the Airport, only 15 minutes walk.

Friendly, open-minded and polite staff, good location (near to the bus stop, metro, airport). Clean, comfort rooms.

I was able to walk to Barajas terminal 2.

Couldn't get air conditioner to work. My room was over a bar with some patron and early morning cleanup noise.

The nearness to the airport and to transportation to the centre of Madrid. Very good location.

The closeness to a bar that stays open till late at night (a lot of noise), and the lack of a WC within the room (though this was noted on the reservation!)

God beliggenhed tæt på lufthavnen. Muligt at gå til Terminal 1-3 på mindre end ti minutter. Godt som transithotel.

Området er ikke specielt interessant.

Prima hotel vlak bij het vliegveld. Ideaal bij aankomst in, of vertrek van, Madrid met het vliegtuig. Niet om te verblijven als u de stad wilt bezoeken.

"Aeropuerto T4"-соответственно терминал 4) и до любой точки города. 2. Недалеко от отеля есть продуктовый магазин Hiber-конечно не Ашан,но достаточно большой, с голоду не умрете :-)

1. такое чувство, что стены из картонки-восхитительная слышимость всего,что происходит в отеле,особенно в коридоре. мне кажется, пара беруш при заселении должна быть в подарок за то, что выбрали этот отель :-) 2. Из всего персонала, что попался мне за 2 дня проживания только один мужчина немного говорит по-английски

Es un lugar limpio y justo. No hay lujos. Principal valor. Esta cerca del aeropuerto.

Muebles en mal estado. No llega la coneccion a internet a las habitaciones.
