Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
There was no hot water for 2 days in a row, on 3rd day it lasted for 10 seconds and then cold again. English of staff was very poor.
- strong smoking smell in room - smoking trash on the table near bed - window in bath not able to close - not viewing to street - staff is not speaking english
very friendly staff
slow or dead internet
Friendly staff, clean, good value!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the tiled walls and stairway. It was very atmospheric for a good price.
could use better lighting
The place was cheap (just moderately cheap, NOT good value for money), even during Semana Santa, when nearly everything else in Sevilla was booked... Staff was friendly, sort of.
In a nutshell - if you can stay somewhere nicer and closer to the city - do so. We booked 2 separate rooms in the hostel, but were given an apartment in a building in a nearby street. The apartment was not clean, there were no facilities whatsoever; The towels in the bathroom had holes (not exaggerating); the bedsheets had stains (looked like rust, or so I tried to convince myself); The location is far from perfect as well - just by the ringroad, in a street that is quite run-down and does not give you a feeling of safety. A few blocks away, the neighbourhood seemed alright. There are two/three bus lines that take you to the city.
It wasn't clean. It was far away from the downtown. The staff couldn't know English.
