Hotel staff is really nice and can give you very valuable tips about the city Hostel is very preaty, nicely located, good breakfast
inside window, but for some it can be advantage
The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Seville. The owner's and staff were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and city sights.
- the building's architecture is really beautiful - the staff is extremely helpful - the hotel is next to everything with foot - the jacuzzi on the roof is so relaxing after a day walking
- breakfast is average quality
Room was very tidy and the location of the hotel was good.
WiFi did not work almost at all. Our toilet didn't flush and the air conditioning wasn't on before we asked for it from the reception. Older lady at the reception didn't speak English. Our room only had a window towards the hallway, it was noisy (next to the elevator).
Perfect location. Loved the staff...soooo helpful.
Pleasant and helpful staff, great location, nice rooms, clean and with comfortable beds, nice terrace on top of the hotel.
Wi-fi doesn't work weel in the rooms.
+ Very good city centre location (10 min walk to Plaza San Salvador) + Breakfast (wide selection) + Friendly staff
+ Rooftop bar, which could be awesome, was closed + Pool with ice cold water + Breakfast could be served on the rooftop terrace
Excellent location. Comfy bed.
Trying to overcharge me! Locked in and out of room by broken lock! When we told manager, it's been broken for a month, was his reply! A decent hissy fit got it sorted! Shame because it was nice apart from these two issues!
Outside terrace area was charming and awesome especially jacuzzi and rooftop view.
- Location - Friendly staff
- Rooms to hot - Hotel / room is very noisy - Couple of rooms don't have windows
The mentality of the staff succeeds in providing a well run hotel....The breakfast is above average for the star rating, the beds are very good. The rooftop bar/lounge is peaceful
This hotel was a little gem. Jesus & Hua on both days of our stay were the most friendly and helpful people I've had the pleasure of meeting staying in hotels. All the restaurant suggestions were of top quality, reasonable money and amazing local tapas. This hotel is in a great area, on the cusp of the tourist area but actually surrounded by loads of cooler bars restaurants and shops. Everything was superb and totally better than the 2 star hotel rating might suggest. Would definitely return next time in Seville.
Close to restaurants and shopping. Quite area, not on the main roads, but close to everything by foot. Staff was super helpful and spoke English. Area was quite.
No a/c but was not necessary during our stay. Wifi was a little iffy in parts of the room, but worked fine as long as you were near the door.
Extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. Good location for access all the sights without being smack bang in middle of tourist area. Restaurant recommendations excellent.
Front desk excellent- gave us lots of great information so we could make the most of our overnight stay - wish we could have stayed longer!
Room very small - would have been too tight if we had a lot of luggage!
Believe it or not, they really have that rooftop shown in the picture, with a Jacuzzi. Enjoy your drink there at the sunset! On top of this, the hotel is beautiful and very very clean. I could not believe you can have all this at such a good rate!
Rooms are quite small and with no windows
Easy to walk to all the sights in Seville. Daily maid service. Extremely helpful staff with lots of good recommendations for restaurants. Aircon great and so was the wifi. Great terrace with bar on the roof. Ability to park and excellent value for money.
Room was small and smelled very strange, kind of like sewage. The lone window faced into a hallway. Shower was very small with no curtain so water got all over the place, and the toilet seat was broken. Location was fine but not great compared to another place we stayed in Seville previously.
Good location, staff was great, but our room had a horrible smell and the ac didn't work. Avoid room 103. We were the a short while and didn't complain.
Definately a great choice. Good location, confortable rooms with ac, clean bathrooms. The people who run this place are also great. Juan is the man. He'll really get out of his way to help you understand Seville and tell you where to eat (not the touristy stuff). Also, take the breakfast (think it's 6 euros) - it's worth it. You get a buffet with toast, cheese, Jamon, orange juice, Nespresso coffee, fruits.
Love the rooftop terrace/lounge area/hot tub. Great value for money in a great location.
the staff, the decor, the location, rooms very spacious
would have preferred a slightly lower room temperature, but this is true for most of Spain.
I loved the staff!! They recomend me a great tapas restaurant! The room was so charming, very clean and I had not only a great tv but also a good hairdryer. At night is was very quiet so I had a nice sleep. The jacuzzi is awsome!!! The hotel is not in the historic center (near the cathedral) but is very close and you can go walking. Considering the price of the hotel it was away beyond my expectations I trully recomend it
Breakfast was not free and it is a typical spanish breakfast you will not find bacon and eggs and that kind of stuff but it was quite good ;)
The staffs are so nice, gave a lot of information about the city. The room is spacious. It was so comfortable staying there
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even helped booked my train ticket to Malaga when I first arrived which saved me the hassle. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with own bathroom. Nice balcony up the top to enjoy. Air con was great. Location was easy to walk everywhere. Right near city centre and great pintos bars. No regrets staying here.
Wifi wasn't great in the rooms but couldn't really complain
