well located, in a correct district not far from city center (15min walk)

Need a great refresh! Rooms look old fashion and not very clean

Excellent location (very near the metro station). Small but comfortable and clean room. Free 8mb wifi.

Price was good, location right downtown in ok/not unsafe area, hotel was old and worn but extremely clean. Breakfast very good for the price.

Bed was very small single, old and somewhat unstable, room was airless without temperature or fan control, room extremely small overall but bathroom was ok, very noisy neighbors. Native people I met while walking around much less friendly than I expected. Everything closed for May Day celebrations.

I was in the loudest room I have ever been in a hotel. Window did not close properly so I could hear all the noises from outside, also noises from the floor above and downstairs at all hours of the night so could not sleep. There was a terrible smell of sewage in the room and on second day my floor got flooded from a radiator leak so I was moved to a nicer room.

the absence of toiletries. I had own shower gel and shampoo - just in case. But if somebody come without them?

very nice small hotel, good location,hospitable stuff,lowcost&comfortable.

Given smoking room when requested non-smoking. Requested high floor got given 1 out of 5. Only window looked into ventilation shaft. Towels were that thin you could see through them. Wardrobe was wedged against wall to stop it collapsing. Toilet difficult to reach between sink and door. No tea making facilities. No hairdryer. Lift does not go to basement were breakfast is served so no good for mobility impaired.

The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English, the room was regularly serviced, the hotel is conveniently situated, the bathroom was newly furnished and clean. There is a nice lobby with a coffee-machine, snacks and newspapers downstairs.

There was a lot of noise from outside as there are many people dining in the street below till late at night. This can be aliviated by closing the window but then noises from other hotel rooms are heard through the walls. The towels were old and grey, the bedside table was dirty, the room was rather small and the furniture looked old.

Good public communication close to the hotel, a lot of restaurants around with fair prices.

Terribly noisy in the streets at nights, so if you're not deadly tired it's hard to fall asleep. Long time to wait for warm water in the shower.

The Hostel is very clean. Very closed to the city. There are two lines of Metro (one of them you can go to the Sagrada Familia directly), and a lot of busses. One of them is direct to the beach San Sebastian. You can arrive at the Rambla's by foot.

Very nice staff, reception, room - small, but well designed with own terrace on the roof of the building. Clean, ergonomic, own wc and shower, TV-set, a/C. Breakfast ok.

We have no complain regarding cleanliness or service related matters.. It is well connected to Metro, Bus lines, Restaurants, supermarket and also it is not very far from the beach. The Staffs are very helpful..
