Located in the town of San José, in the middle of the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve, the Brisamar guest house is just 10 minutes’ walk from the beach and port. The hostal is pretty,peaceful,and in a good location.Our room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the attractive garden.The air conditioning worked well-the temperature ranged from 36-40 degrees when we were there-so we needed it!The manager was very friendly-our limited Spanish and his limited English was not an issue!Really liked it and felt very comfortable there. The tap water is apparently not drinkable-though my partner drank it and survived!You can buy mineral water at Reception-not a problem really.

Nice staff good location. In summer the rooms are incredibly warm. One tiny Window and no aircon. Not recomendable on warm days.

clean,comfortable and wide rooms, good position, easy parking the staff can speak ONLY Spanish and doesn't do any effort to help comprehension.we checked out 15min later, cause nobody told as, and they were pretty rude.three price was too high for the room

La limpieza tanto de las habitaciones como de las instalaciones y alrededores. La situación en el pueblo, lo suficientemente cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo y lo suficientemente alejado para ser un sitio silencioso y tranquilo. Que el agua del grifo no sea potable y que no tengan un bar donde poder tomar un café por la mañana.

La limpieza. Las habitaciones amplias con su neverita. La ubicación cerca de todo pero a la vez sin ruidos. Se supone que tienen parking privado pero no es cierto. De todas maneras no hay problemas para aparcar en la entrada.

Muy bien en general. Muy limpio. Habitaciones amplias con buen aire acondicionado y nevera que cuando aprieta el calor son indispensables. No poder desayunar en el hostal.

Era bastante limpio y en general calidad precio muy bien No me gustó que pusieran dos camas en vez de una de matrimonio (como aparecía en la foto), aunque entiendo lo del tema de la disponibilidad en Agosto

Ottima camera con piccolo frigorifero e condizionatore, ottima pulizia. Posizione eccellente infatti si trova davanti alla fermata dell'autobus che porta alle spiagge (non accessibili in auto) e a 5 min a piedi dal centro. Posto incantevole. Leggermente caro, ma ne vale la pena.

Limpio, tranquilo. Amplitud de habitación y cuarto de baño. Fácil aparcamiento. No tiene ningún salón o zona de estar de huespedes, TV, si no quierss estar en habitación.

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en badkamer, ijskast aanwezig wat nodig is bij hoge temperaturen in augustus! Parking genoeg en 5 minuten lopen naar het strand.

Estaba muy limpio, la gente de recepción muy amable, bien situado para recorrerte todo el Cabo de Gata, tiene nevera, el baño muy grande. Nos dieron habitación con terraza y podíamos desayunar viendo el amanecer. Aire acondicionado que se agradece porque hace calor en verano. Es muy fácil aparcar frente al hostal.

Hostal muy tranquilo. La habitación que me asignaron era la que peor orientación y ubicación tenia, planta baja al fondo del pasillo, con vistas a la calle trasera. Dispone de habitaciones en dos plantas, algunas de ellas con terraza y vistas al puerto y la playa. Esto lo supimos al llegar al hostal. No pudimos cambiar la habitación, a pesar de ofrecer pagar un suplemento, y todo ello por reservar con Uds.
