Our room was very recently remodeled and was therefore perfect. Very clean and modern interior with touch panel air con controls and rain showers. The hotel is also perfectly located next to the Reina Sofia museum, Atocha metro and train stations, and much more. Very recommended!
Good quality bed, spacious, friendly helpful staff.
Air con not working, tiny waste paper bin.
Location location location! Great for Atocha station and airport bus. But mostly for the main art galleries.
Summertime noises from the outside restaurant seating. People eat very late in Spain! Probably be better with an interior room.
Being just across the street from Atocha Station, the location of the hostal makes it a pretty good choice for those who are just looking for a place to crash for a night before leaving early the next morning to catch a train.
Shower was terrible, bed was a little rough.
This place is so close to the main train station didn't have get up early and rush, we walk across the road in 5min. Great tapas place to eat also near by, the bed was so comfy good sleep
Located right next to Atocha train station which was very convenient
Hotel is on a very loud, busy street making it very difficult to sleep. No air conditioner, just a small fan
excellent location. smooth wifi.
the room facing the street is extremely noisy. no air conditioner. the other side of the hostel is under construction.
It is a nice place to stay. Very well located, friendly staff and renovated rooms. The room was quite small but very nicly decorated. Definitely a keeper
The staff were excellent. Very helpful, when asked about anything.
The stay was good, don't have anything to complain about
This hotel is around the corner from Atocha station. It's in a busy street that leads to the Reina Sofia museum so yes it is busy and there are bars and restaurants and that equals noise. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. However, if you just want a place to sleep and shower, this is it. My friend and I paid 100 euro for 4 nights (between the 2 of us!) during the gay pride weekend. Also, the gay pride kicks off almost in front of the hotel so this was really great. I would definitely come here again. They were doing up the place when we were there so am curious to see it next time! The staff was also super friendly.
The bath was tiny, there was no toilet brush. But that really is all there is to complain about..
Location is excellent, personnel is cooperative, hostal is clean and silent.
during our stay some reconstruction works were going on and we had to wait the elevator a little bit more then usual, but ofcourse this is a temporary situation.
There is no way to get hot water from the hostal, that's really weird and inconvenient. But the staff is really helpful.
Good value for a room right next to the Reina Sofia and Train Station. I only needed a bed for the night so it was OK for that.
Tiny, dingy room with two impossibly small beds with the thinnest sheets I've ever seen. OK as I literally only needed a place to crash before catching the train the next morning, but no way would I stay here for anything else.
Near the Atocha metro station. Snack, water and coffe vending machines.
The room was nice and the small balcony with a view for the street was really pleasant. We loved staying there. The price was good and the location was amazing!!!
good location just by the strain station and the museum area rooms are being renovated bathrooms were new and small but good good neighborhood
rooms were newly renovated but super small with no place where to place the suitcases no room to move around the bed. no closet either although new the shower door was not well installed and water leaked out.
Rooms were a little small, sometimes hard for two people to move around.
great location and staff
Staff very friendly
Road very noisy
They don't has air conditioner
Great location and beautiful decoration. The room was very confortable and nice. Wifi signal was
muchísimo olor a cigarrillo, por momento er como si estuvieran fumando dentro del cuarto
The location for the major Madrid train station - also there are lots of eating & drinking places in this location.
The place is old, tired, not too clean, noisy and a bit down at heel. There is better value to be had.
70s hotel, pictures published are what it will look like and not as it is now. Old and worn place.
Friendly staff. Excellent location near Atocha Train Station and major museums.
Excellent value for money. Atocha Renfe station 2 minutes walk.
