The situation was good and the staff was very friedly.

Lovely situation: in a tiny typical Seville street, traditional building, beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Old brass fittings, excellent shower and tiles in the bathroom. We liked the sunny roof terrace and the simplicity of the place. My ideal hotel.

Good location, near the cathedral and close to the river.

Room was quite small and dark, but clean.

The location is smack in the center of old quarters and a stone throw away from the flamenco museum. It is quiet and is walking distance to major attractions in the area. I stayed in two different rooms during Semana Santa. Ask for a room with a bigger toilet. The shower area is quite small and it will be a problem if you are big size. This is coming from a guy who is slim.

Great location takes a bit to find but worth the effort. Good eateries close by, very central.

The staff are especially warm and helpful, sincerely concerned that we have the best time. Eva was especially welcoming. Cab fair to the airport is 28 euros - try to fix a price before you get in the cab, or it could climb to 34.

Located in the maze of Santa Cruz, plan to get lost each day for a few minutes.

The patio in the center was very typical and nice. Very close to the cathedral.

The shower was quite old, though it worked just fine. The Wifi was only in the lobby. we were on the first floor and it didnt work there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Callejon del Agua! The place is located on a quiet, clean and pretty street,within walking distance from the center. The staff is friendly, the place is fresh and beautifully decorated, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a touch of antique feel.The view from the roof top of the hostal is very nice.. I definitely recommend Hostal Callejon del Agua to anyone who wants to experience the charm of this old, and gorgeous city! We took some photos of the place and posted them on this site!! Great trip!

It was difficult to find the place (luckily we'd brought a very detailed city map but it still took a long time to find) ... but the location was actually great, the decor shabby-chique.

The shower was kind of crumbling and the room was noisy being right next to the street. But hey, we got over it :)

During the stay it was no Internet in the rooms. Also in December it is very cold in the room (aircon doesn't work)

The location is perfect . Right in the center. The day staff is so helpfull and friendly.

We arrived rather late in the evening around 1 am to find a very unfriendly receptionist . We booked the room that according to booking,com was the best deal. Im aware that this is a hostel but when it comes to general mainance of this room.. it was dreadfull. A little paint job goes a long way to keep it looking fresh and not so sad looking . The plaster was almost falling of the walls. Some of the Fabrick that covered the base of the sink were falling apart and not fixed proparly. No heating was on on our arrival to the room and we were freezing during the night. Alot of noise from the street. I really dont want to be to critical but as an Hotelier i do believe the basics and essentails of any room needs to be at least to a reasonable standard. Now i know why this room is non refundable ..

Wonderful location, right in the heart of the maze of little streets that is old Seville. Balcony looking out onto the street, perfect for just experiencing Seville life.

Room a little cramped, but I think that is probably inevitable if you choose a hotel in the old quarter. It is still worth it for the location.

Friendly staff, very near cathedral and al cazar. Many nice places for breakfast and tapas in the vi vicinity. Quiet.

Great location, hotel nicely finished, very clean, friendly staff.

This was not their fault, but it wasn't clear from the booking site whether we were booking a twin or a double - suggest that these categories are bookable separately in future, as we thought we had booked a double but the hotel didn't know this.

the room is a bit dark, wifi is only available at lobby, a bit hard to find if you arrive at Autobuses Plaza de Armas, better take taxi (no one to blame as I didn't ask for locations before arrival)

Convenient location for visiting the main historic sights of Seville. Lovely old building

Being an old building, our ground floor room had windows opening directly to the street. As a consequence, it was often noisy - even with the windows closed. Travelers rolling their bags over cobbles in the early hours, neighbours returning home late at night (leaving their car motor running while they opened and then closed their garage door), late night revelers passing by, rubbish removal etc.

Top marks for location! 30 seconds from Flamenco Museum, one minute from bar doing excellent, cheap breakfast and five minutes from about 20 restaurarnts doing superb tapas. Right in the centre of the old city, but relatively quiet. Freindly and helpful staff. Rooms fairly basic and small, but clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi in reception area - though I managed to get a good signal in my room on the first floor! Recommended, and will stay there again.

Don't even think about driving there! Maze of very narrow streets and hard enough to find on foot, let alone in car. Some noise late at night, both from other guests and from the street, but no worse than in most hotels in Spain.
