Excellent location close to everything on foot; Complimentary basic breakfast on the rooftop; View of the Giralda from the rooftop( Excellent price for the room
Lift is only for luggage; Noise from the street disturbed our sleep even in the wee hours of the morning; We could hear the heavy footsteps and other sounds from the room upstairs; Bathroom is worn-out and needs to be renovated; Bathroom furnishings are rusty; Shower has no water pressure; The sink and the shower have different hot-and-cold configuration
Location, view from the terrace and helpfulness of the staff
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had a small balcony. There was no breakfast but they did have juice, coffee, tea and biscuits on the rooftop. Overall it was a very nice experience. Very good location in the old part of the city. I would recommend this hostal to friends.
The streets a very narrow and poorly marked. We did get lost a few times trying to find our way back to the hotel.
Location, ambiance, roof terrace, large shower, LOCATION
without an experienced taxi driver and two locals, it would have been very difficult to find. Thankfully, the hotel knows this and sends advanced notice as to how to find it!
Helpful staff with transport bookings, advice and directions. Rooftop terrace , coffee and snacks good to start the day.
Bit noisy with people walking past our street level window, motor scooters etc.
The room was very nice and very clean. The roof top area was a plus, but the 'complementary' breakfast was very minimal and not always well stocked. The staff was always very friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was very convenient to everything.
Finding the place was not easy, and parking was hard to find and expensive. My grandson got sick on milk from breakfast, so be careful.
Staff was really wonderful and helpful, suggesting restaurants, flamenco shows and offering directions. Great attitude -very nice! Beds were comfortable.
Try to avoid a room on the street- it's really noisy! The bathroom had no place to put anything-except a small, uneven glass shelf. It would be fine for one night but it was a bit of a nuisance for 4.
Staff, room. Vert nice place to stay.
It was all good.
very clean comfortable room, few mins walk from the cathedral and Palace, lots of restaurants close by, very helpful staff.
Room quite small, shower was poor.
Central location. Cheerful & helpful staff. Rooftop terrace.
Noisy street at night but okay with windows closed & aircon on.
Tiny room. Barely fits 2 people.
Its position gave you a feeling of being within the old city
The room was small and the bathroom very awkwardly designed
Handy location and excellent staff.
Small room, uncomfortable beds, broken shower, claustrophobic. Nothing like as good as appears in photos. Booked 3 nights buy couldn't stay more than one. Was charged for three. Much better hotels in area at same price we paid. Read the less complimentary reviews before you book - I wish I had.
Great atmospheric location in the heart of the old quarter. Very easy to reach everything on foot. Staff were really helpful and the free morning coffee and cake on the roof terrace was the icing on the, er, cake
Nothing negative to say. Not the height of luxury maybe but that's not what we expected at this price and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
1. The hostal is in 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, 8-10 min. walk from Real Alcazar 2. Excellent ratio price/quality if to book it in advance (about two month before stay) 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. Pleasant surprise - small breakfast on the roof, although breakfast is not announced.
1. Towels are changed once in two days. It is not a disadvantage, but about this was not written anywhere. 2. If room is on street side it can be noisy at nights.
Excellent and helpful staff.
Poor breakfast. Loud noises on the street during most of the night in one of the 3 nights we stayed.
The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. I liked a small complimentary breakfast on the roof terrace. The decoration and the whole ambience are charming.
My room was on the ground floor, so it was noisy. And the window looked on a busy side street. The floor in a shower cabin needs a bit of updating.
Convenient to everything, staff very helpful and pleasant.
Excellent location Tasteful room Loved rooftop terrace Staff friendly, helpful & happy
Poor pressure in shower No security safe in room
Very close to the cathedral and the palace. They offer free bread and soft drink on the terrace.
It's located in one of the small alleys, so it's a little hard to find.
Location was great.
The room was very noisy as it is very close to the street. And also it was very humid, where all sheets and cloths are almost getting wet.
Location, ambience, elevator for luggage, very helpful and friendly staff
A breakfast option would be good as there's not much available nearby before about 10am
