Score from 2151 reviews Wonderful
The location is good but the rooms are not so attractive in person as shown on the page. My room, for example, was extremely small and the bathroom smelled bad.
Location was good. There was staff on duty 24 hours and they were all helpful. It was a pleasure to have staff that could communicate in English.
I didn't like the hand held shower and would have liked a lift that took people as well as luggage.
Marina gave us brilliant information about where to eat and what to see which was so helpful as we only had two days. The Bodega to eat and Spanish Square to visit were fab. Thanks Marina. Definitely stay with you again. Wonderful ☺☺☺
The location was great and the staff was very friendly!
The breakfast wasn't the best and the room was slightly small, but I would definitely stay again!
Comfort of the room We were given a twin bed room while we had specifically asked for a double bed room
We enjoyed the roof terrace for picknik. Very nice bed- and bathroom with small terrace. Staff was helpfull and friendly. No breakfast included but free coffee, tea, hot milk, orange juice and cakes and donuts in the morning were plenty for us!
Unfortunately there was a problem with the wifi while we were there but I suppose that was just bad luck.
Marina and Laura very kind and the surprise of having a small breakfast for free. Only at 2 minutes walking from Cathedral.
The nice atmosphere, location and value for money.
Very helpful staff to leading us to carpark.
Location. staff is nice and speaks english clean room and bath room
need sound proof, little noisy room is little small. very hard to find this hostel without iPhone or GPS.
Ideally placed to see the cathedral and Real Alcazar
Difficult to find - but this applies to most hostals/hotels in the city centre
Location was centeal to everything and staff were very helpful to us.
At night hostel was a bit hardto find, so many small streets so it was difficult to navigate.
Excellent location close to everything on foot; Complimentary basic breakfast on the rooftop; View of the Giralda from the rooftop( Excellent price for the room
Lift is only for luggage; Noise from the street disturbed our sleep even in the wee hours of the morning; We could hear the heavy footsteps and other sounds from the room upstairs; Bathroom is worn-out and needs to be renovated; Bathroom furnishings are rusty; Shower has no water pressure; The sink and the shower have different hot-and-cold configuration
Location, view from the terrace and helpfulness of the staff
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had a small balcony. There was no breakfast but they did have juice, coffee, tea and biscuits on the rooftop. Overall it was a very nice experience. Very good location in the old part of the city. I would recommend this hostal to friends.
The streets a very narrow and poorly marked. We did get lost a few times trying to find our way back to the hotel.
Location, ambiance, roof terrace, large shower, LOCATION
without an experienced taxi driver and two locals, it would have been very difficult to find. Thankfully, the hotel knows this and sends advanced notice as to how to find it!
Helpful staff with transport bookings, advice and directions. Rooftop terrace , coffee and snacks good to start the day.
Bit noisy with people walking past our street level window, motor scooters etc.
The room was very nice and very clean. The roof top area was a plus, but the 'complementary' breakfast was very minimal and not always well stocked. The staff was always very friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was very convenient to everything.
Finding the place was not easy, and parking was hard to find and expensive. My grandson got sick on milk from breakfast, so be careful.
Staff was really wonderful and helpful, suggesting restaurants, flamenco shows and offering directions. Great attitude -very nice! Beds were comfortable.
Try to avoid a room on the street- it's really noisy! The bathroom had no place to put anything-except a small, uneven glass shelf. It would be fine for one night but it was a bit of a nuisance for 4.
Staff, room. Vert nice place to stay.
It was all good.
very clean comfortable room, few mins walk from the cathedral and Palace, lots of restaurants close by, very helpful staff.
Room quite small, shower was poor.
Central location. Cheerful & helpful staff. Rooftop terrace.
Noisy street at night but okay with windows closed & aircon on.
